في FAENA The Red Sea، نكرس جهودنا لخلق تجارب عافية تحويلية تلهم التوازن والحيوية والنمو الشخصي. نبحث حالياً عن مدرب شخصي متحمس وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق العافية. يتولى هذا الدور تقديم جلسات لياقة بدنية مخصصة، تشمل التدريب الشخصي والتاي تشي والتدريب بتقنية EMS، مع ضمان تقديم خدمة استثنائية وتوجيه مهني يتماشى مع معايير FAENA للعافية الفاخرة ومعايير فوربس للخدمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تقييمات شاملة للعملاء لتقييم مستويات اللياقة البدنية والأهداف والقيود البدنية.
- تصميم وتقديم برامج لياقة وعافية مخصصة تناسب احتياجات الضيوف الفردية.
- قيادة جلسات التدريب الشخصي، بما في ذلك التاي تشي وتدريب EMS، مع ضمان تقنيات آمنة وفعالة.
- مراقبة أداء العملاء وتقدمهم، وتعديل البرامج حسب الحاجة لتحقيق أقصى النتائج.
- تقديم التحفيز المستمر والتوجيه والدعم لتشجيع مشاركة العملاء واستمراريتهم.
- توعية الضيوف بتقنيات اللياقة البدنية والوضعية والحركة ومبادئ العافية العامة.
- ضمان تقديم جميع جلسات التدريب بمهنية وطاقة ورعاية استثنائية للضيوف.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للعملاء، ومتابعة التقدم، وتوثيق الجلسات.
- التأكد من أن معدات اللياقة ومناطق الاستوديو ومساحات العافية نظيفة ومنظمة وصيانتها بشكل صحيح.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والنظافة والتشغيل في جميع الأوقات.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فريق العافية والسبا لتعزيز تجربة الضيوف الشاملة.
- دعم مبادرات العافية والبرامج الخاصة وأنشطة مشاركة الضيوف عند الحاجة.
- الالتزام بمعايير FAENA للمظهر والعرض والخدمة الفاخرة في جميع الأوقات.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير فوربس، والحفاظ على جودة خدمة استثنائية واحترافية وتميز تشغيلي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة مدرب شخصي معتمدة (مطلوبة).
- شهادات إضافية في التاي تشي أو تدريب EMS أو التدريب على العافية تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- خبرة سابقة في فندق فاخر أو منتجع عافية أو سبا أو بيئة لياقة بدنية راقية (مفضلة).
- خبرة في العمل ضمن فندق يطبق معايير فوربس أو بيئة عافية فاخرة تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- معرفة قوية بعلم التمارين وبرمجة اللياقة البدنية وتقنيات الوقاية من الإصابات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين مع القدرة على تحفيز العملاء وإلهامهم.
- شغف بالصحة والعافية وتقديم تجارب مخصصة للضيوف.
- القدرة على تكييف أساليب التدريب لتناسب مستويات اللياقة المختلفة واحتياجات الضيوف.
- مظهر احترافي يتوافق مع معايير الضيافة الفاخرة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (مطلوبة)؛ إتقان لغات إضافية يعتبر ميزة.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate fitness levels, goals, and physical limitations.
- Design and deliver personalised fitness and wellness programmes tailored to individual guest needs.
- Lead personal training sessions, including Tai Chi and EMS training, ensuring safe and effective exercise techniques.
- Monitor client performance and progress, adapting programmes where required to maximise results.
- Provide ongoing motivation, coaching, and support to encourage client engagement and retention.
- Educate guests on fitness techniques, posture, movement, and overall wellness principles.
- Ensure all training sessions are delivered with professionalism, energy, and exceptional guest care.
- Maintain accurate client records, progress tracking, and session documentation.
- Ensure fitness equipment, studio areas, and wellness spaces are clean, organised, and properly maintained.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures at all times.
- Collaborate closely with the wellness and spa team to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Support wellness initiatives, special programmes, and guest engagement activities when required.
- Uphold FAENA grooming, presentation, and luxury service standards at all times.
- Ensure full compliance with Forbes standards, maintaining exceptional service quality, professionalism, and operational excellence at all times.
- Certified Personal Trainer qualification required.
- Additional certifications in Tai Chi, EMS training, or wellness coaching are highly advantageous.
- Previous experience within a luxury hotel, wellness resort, spa, or premium fitness environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, fitness programming, and injury prevention techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Passion for health, wellness, and delivering personalised guest experiences.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit varying fitness levels and guest requirements.
- Professional appearance and presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
- Experience working within a Forbes standard hotel or luxury wellness environment is highly advantageous.
- Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
