تعلن شركة PIPECARE Group عن توفر وظيفة مدير مشاريع (Project Manager) في الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية، للإشراف على مشاريع فحص خطوط الأنابيب (In Line Inspection) ضمن عملياتها في الشرق الأوسط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة مشاريع EPC وخدمات النفط والغاز من البداية إلى النهاية.
- تطوير خطط تنفيذ المشاريع والجداول الزمنية وخطط الموارد والميزانيات.
- تحديد أهداف المشروع ونطاقه والتسليمات والمعالم الرئيسية.
- ضمان التعبئة والتنفيذ الفعالين للمشروع وفقًا لمتطلبات العميل والشركة.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
- ضمان إنجاز المشروع ضمن أهداف التكلفة والجدول الزمني والجودة المعتمدة.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء طوال مراحل تنفيذ المشروع.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- عقد اجتماعات مراجعة المشروع وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة عن التقدم.
- إدارة توقعات العملاء ومعالجة القضايا المتعلقة بالمشروع بشكل استباقي.
- دعم فرق تطوير الأعمال أثناء إعداد العروض ومراحل تسليم المشروع.
- مراقبة ميزانيات المشروع والتكاليف والإيرادات والربحية.
- مراجعة العقود وأوامر الشراء وأوامر التغيير.
- إدارة إصدار الفواتير ومتابعة الدفعات والتنبؤ بالتدفقات النقدية.
- تحديد فرص تحسين الهامش وخفض التكاليف.
- إعداد تقارير مالية شهرية للمشروع وتوقعات.
- تقييم وإدارة المخاطر التعاقدية والمطالبات.
- تحديد مخاطر المشروع وتطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف.
- الحفاظ على سجلات المخاطر وخطط الطوارئ.
- إدارة المخاطر الفنية والتجارية والتشغيلية والصحية والبيئية بشكل استباقي.
- رفع المخاطر الحرجة للإدارة العليا عند الضرورة.
- تنسيق الأنشطة بين فرق الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء والتفتيش والتشغيل والعمليات.
- ضمان مطابقة التسليمات الفنية للمتطلبات التعاقدية والمعايير الصناعية.
- مراجعة الطلبات الهندسية ووثائق المشروع والتقارير الفنية.
- دعم حل التحديات الفنية أثناء تنفيذ المشروع.
- ضمان الامتثال للقوانين والمعايير والمواصفات المعمول بها.
- تنسيق أنشطة المشتريات لضمان تسليم المواد والمعدات في الوقت المحدد.
- تقييم أداء المقاولين من الباطن والامتثال التعاقدي.
- مراقبة جداول الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن والتسليمات.
- ضمان دعم أنشطة المشتريات للمعالم الرئيسية للمشروع.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة القوية عبر جميع أنشطة المشروع.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للعميل والشركة والجهات التنظيمية.
- المشاركة في مراجعات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وعمليات التدقيق والتحقيق في الحوادث.
- ضمان التزام فرق المشروع بجميع إجراءات السلامة والمعايير البيئية.
- تحقيق أهداف السلامة للمشروع مع عدم وقوع حوادث فقدان وقت العمل قدر الإمكان.
- ضمان امتثال أنشطة المشروع لمعايير ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة.
- مراقبة أداء الجودة في المشروع وبدء الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق والتفتيش ومراجعات الجودة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير ISO ومواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات العميل.
- قيادة فرق مشروع متعددة التخصصات عبر الهندسة والمشتريات والعمليات الميدانية والصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة.
- تخصيص الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
- توجيه وتطوير أعضاء فريق المشروع.
- إجراء تقييمات الأداء وتقديم التدريب عند الضرورة.
- تعزيز بيئة عمل تعاونية وموجهة نحو النتائج.
- إعداد وعرض تقارير حالة المشروع للإدارة والعملاء.
- تتبع أداء مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية ومعالم المشروع.
- الحفاظ على وثائق وسجلات المشروع.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الحوكمة المؤسسية وإعداد التقارير.
- إجراء مراجعات الدروس المستفادة عند إنجاز المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (ميكانيكية، صناعية، بترول أو مجال ذي صلة).
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في إدارة المشاريع أو إدارة الأعمال.
- الشهادات المهنية المفضلة: PMP، PRINCE2، PMI-SP، وشهادات إدارة مشاريع EPC المعتمدة، بالإضافة إلى NEBOSH أو IOSH (للوعي بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة).
- الخبرة: لمدير مشاريع أول: 10-15+ سنة في النفط والغاز، EPC، خطوط الأنابيب، إنشاء المنشآت، المشاريع الصناعية أو خدمات الطاقة، مع 3-5 سنوات الأخيرة في إدارة عملية لمشاريع EPC أو النفط والغاز. لمدير مشاريع: 7-10 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة في إدارة المشاريع.
- سجل مثبت في إدارة مشاريع متعددة التخصصات من الترسية إلى الإغلاق.

- إدارة مشاريع EPC وإدارة العقود (FIDIC مفضلة).

- Lead the end-to-end management of EPC and Oil & Gas service projects

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Petroleum, or related discipline)
- Master's Degree in Project Management or Business Administration is an advantage

- NEBOSH / IOSH (preferred for HSE awareness)
Senior Project Manager
- 10-15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Pipeline, Facility Construction, Industrial Projects, or Energy Services
- Last 3 to 5 years in hands on management of EPC or Oil & Gas projects
- 7-10 years of relevant project management experience

- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
