تعلن شركة Vertiv عن وظيفة مهندس الخدمات الحرارية (Thermal Service Engineer) في الرياض، السعودية، وذلك ضمن فريق الخدمات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا. يتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية تركيب وتشغيل وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التبريد الدقيق وحلول الإدارة الحرارية داخل المملكة، مع تقديم الدعم الفني الثانوي لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط عند الحاجة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التركيب والتشغيل والبدء لأنظمة التبريد الدقيق والإدارة الحرارية (وحدات CRAC/CRAH، المبردات، المكثفات، والبنية التحتية ذات الصلة).
- تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية المجدولة وفقاً لمعايير OEM واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA) مع العملاء.
- تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال المعقدة لأنظمة التبريد، بما في ذلك دوائر التبريد، وأجهزة التحكم، والتكامل مع أنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS).
- تقديم الدعم الفني والاستجابة للطوارئ لمراكز البيانات وبيئات الاتصالات الحيوية في جميع أنحاء المملكة.
- تقديم الدعم الميداني لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط (الإمارات، قطر، البحرين، الكويت، العراق) بشكل دوري أو حسب الحاجة.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير الخدمة التفصيلية، تقييمات المواقع، والتوصيات.
- التنسيق مع فريق تسليم الخدمات الإقليمي، مدراء المشاريع، والشركاء لضمان تنفيذ الخدمة بسلاسة.
- دعم مطالبات الضمان، تحديد قطع الغيار، وإدارة التصعيد.
- الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة المحلية.
- توجيه وتدريب المهندسين الجدد وفنيي الشركاء أثناء العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، التبريد وتكييف الهواء، أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في صيانة أنظمة التبريد الدقيق/الإدارة الحرارية، ويفضل في بيئات مراكز البيانات أو البنية التحتية الحيوية.
- معرفة قوية بدورات التبريد، علم النفس الحركي (psychrometrics)، وأجهزة تحكم HVAC.
- خبرة في منتجات Vertiv (Liebert) الحرارية تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- الإلمام بتكامل أنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS) ومنصات المراقبة عن بعد.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية والميكانيكية.
- شهادة التعامل مع المبردات؛ شهادة F-Gas أو ما يعادلها ميزة إضافية.
- اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ اللغة العربية ميزة قوية.
- رخصة قيادة سارية؛ القدرة على الحصول على إقامة/تصريح عمل سعودي.
- الاستعداد للسفر داخل المملكة (حتى 60%) وعبر منطقة الشرق الأوسط (حتى 20%).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مبادرة ذاتية مع القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئات بعيدة أو موجهة للعملاء.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل.
- قدرات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة علاقات العملاء.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and start-up of precision cooling and thermal management systems (CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, condensers, and related infrastructure).
- Execute scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance in accordance with OEM standards and customer SLAs.
- Diagnose and resolve complex thermal system faults, including refrigeration circuits, controls, and BMS integration.
- Provide technical support and emergency response for critical data center and telecom environments across KSA.
- Extend field support to the broader Middle East region (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq) on a rotational or as-needed basis.
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports, site assessments, and recommendations.
- Coordinate with the regional service delivery team, project managers, and channel partners to ensure seamless service execution.
- Support warranty claims, spare parts identification, and escalation management.
- Maintain compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Mentor and provide on-the-job training to junior engineers and channel partner technicians.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in servicing precision cooling / thermal management systems, preferably in data center or critical infrastructure environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, psychrometrics, and HVAC controls.
- Experience with Vertiv (Liebert) thermal products is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with BMS integration and remote monitoring platforms.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Certifications: Refrigerant handling certification; F-Gas or equivalent is a plus.
- Languages: English (required); Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Licensing: Valid driving license; ability to obtain a Saudi Iqama/work permit.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within KSA (up to 60%) and across the Middle East region (up to 20%).
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in remote or customer-facing environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
- Adaptable to working in high-temperature outdoor conditions typical of the Gulf region.
