القدية (Qiddiya) تعلن عن وظيفة Senior Manager - Virtual City ضمن وحدة التطوير المركزية (CDU) في الرياض، حيث سيتولى المسؤولية الفنية والرقابية على الأصول الرقمية للمدينة الافتراضية المبنية على محرك Unreal Engine.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعزيز قيمة 'السلامة أولاً' والمشاركة في معايير الصحة والسلامة والرفاهية
- قيادة السلوكيات القيادية بما يتوافق مع قيم القدية
- تحفيز ثقافة الأداء العالي من خلال التوجيه الواضح والتغذية الراجعة المستمرة والاعتراف بالإنجازات
- ضمان امتثال النماذج الرقمية المدمجة (BIM و GIS والبيانات الهندسية) للمعايير التقنية وهياكل الملفات
- الحفاظ على التميز التقني وتبسيط سير العمل لإدارة الأصول الرقمية عبر برنامج القدية
- الإشراف على جودة وهيكل النماذج والأصول الرقمية في Unreal Engine
- تطوير وتنفيذ وإنفاذ المعايير التقنية للنمذجة الرقمية وضمان الامتثال عبر جميع الأصول الرقمية
- مراقبة وتقييم جودة تحديثات النماذج من الاستشاريين والمصممين الخارجيين
- إنشاء وصيانة هيكل ملفات قوي وسير العمل والتوثيق لدعم الامتثال التقني
- استكشاف المشكلات التقنية المتعلقة بتكامل الأصول الرقمية والنمذجة وحلها
- تقييم وتحسين سير العمل التقني باستمرار لتعزيز سلامة النماذج الرقمية
- تنفيذ أفضل الممارسات لامتثال الأصول وإدارة البيانات الرقمية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو علوم الحاسب أو تطوير الألعاب أو الوسائط الرقمية أو مجال ذي صلة (الماجستير ميزة إضافية)
- التسجيل المهني في التخصص (مثل مهندس معتمد) يعتبر ميزة إضافية
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في تطوير تطبيقات ثلاثية الأبعاد في الوقت الفعلي باستخدام Unreal Engine أو خطوط إنتاج الواقع الافتراضي الأخرى
- خبرة في بروتوكولات مراقبة الجودة واستكشاف الأخطاء التقنية في إدارة الأصول الرقمية وضمان سلامة النماذج
- خلفية قوية في BIM و GIS وإدارة هياكل الأصول الرقمية المعقدة
- قدرة مثبتة على إنشاء وصيانة سير العمل التقني وهياكل الملفات وتوثيق الامتثال
- إتقان Unreal Engine مع خبرة واسعة في النمذجة الرقمية في مجال التصور المعماري
- خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط مفضلة
- إجادة ممتازة في اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً
- القدرة على دعم الفريق خلال فترات التغيير التنظيمي
- معرفة متعمقة بحلول التصميم الرقمي والتطبيقات على مستوى المؤسسات

The Senior Manager - Digital Asset Compliance is a key member of Design Excellence vertical of the Central Development Unit (CDU). CDU acts as a center of excellence, setting standards and driving consistency across complex development projects by providing tools and processes for best practice delivery.
Design Excellence ensures projects embody "Qiddiya-ness" by creating standardized measures of design quality across the program.
Our Virtual City team is the custodian of the Qiddiya City Unreal Engine, providing real-time visualization, simulation, and collaboration by linking our GIS, BIM and IMS data to strategically guide Development decision-making.
The role of Senior Manager is dedicated to the technical oversight and quality control of our virtual City's digital assets built in Unreal Engine. A role that requires deep technical expertise and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Game development, Digital Media, or related field, master's degree would be an advantage.
Professional Certifications (if Required)
Professional registration in the respective discipline (or similar - i.e. Chartered Engineer) would be an advantage

- Establishes and maintains robust file structure, workflows, and documentation to support technical compliance
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues related to digital assets integration and modeling
- Continuously assesses and improves technical workflow to enhance the integrity of the digital models

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Game development, Digital Media, or related field, master's degree would be an advantage.

Experience
- Minimum 7 years of proven work experience in developing real time 3D applications in unreal engine and/or other virtual production pipelines
- Experience with quality control protocols and technical troubleshooting in digital assets management ensuring high standards of digital model integrity
- Strong background in BIM, GIS, and the management of complex digital assets structures
- Demonstrated ability to set up and maintain technical workflows, file structures, and compliance documentation
- Proficiency in Unreal Engine with extensive experience in digital modeling in architectural visualization field
- Previous KSA/Middle East experience preferred
- Supports team through periods of business change.
- Leverage exceptional written and verbal skills in English - articulate ideas, strategies, and project performance to a range of audiences and to influence at senior levels.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of enterprise-level digital design solutions and applications
