طيران الرياض (Riyadh Air)، الناقل الوطني الجديد ومقره في العاصمة السعودية الرياض، يعلن عن وظيفة مهندس أول في مراقبة الأداء وموثوقية المواقع (Lead Observability and Site Reliability Engineer).

نبذة عن الوظيفة

هذا الدور المحوري يتولى مسؤولية الرؤية الشاملة والأداء والموثوقية عبر بيئة رقمية معقدة وسريعة التطور. ستعمل على تشكيل طريقة المراقبة والتوقع والتحسين لكل تفاعل عبر منصاتنا، بدءاً من التطبيقات الجوالة وصولاً إلى الخدمات السحابية والتكاملات الخارجية. ستضع معايير مراقبة على مستوى المؤسسة لضمان إمكانية التتبع والقياس والتحسين المستمر لكل مكوّن، مع قيادة جهود الكشف الاستباقي عن المشكلات وحلها، وترسيخ الموثوقية في جميع العمليات، وتمكين اتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وبناء وصيانة منصة تكامل SaaS عالمية عالية الموثوقية، مع ضمان التوفر العالي والاتصال المرن عبر بيئات متعددة السحابات (multi-cloud).
  • اعتماد نهج عملي (hands-on) مع العمل بشكل مستقل وتقديم القيادة الفنية لفرق الهندسة، مستنداً إلى خبرة قوية في أدوات المراقبة مثل Splunk، Dynatrace، Grafana، Datadog والمنصات ذات الصلة.
  • قيادة جهاز منع المشكلات وحلها آلياً (proactive issue prevention & automated resolution).
  • التعاون بشكل وثيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لدمج رؤى المراقبة في تحسينات المنتج والخدمة، مما يرفع الأداء وتجربة العملاء.
  • تعريف المعايير وقيادة مبادرات الأتمتة وضمان التحسين المستمر للمنصات لدعم نمو الأعمال والأداء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • حاصل على درجة جامعية (Degree qualified).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في هندسة المراقبة وموثوقية المواقع (Observability and Site Reliability Engineering) في بيئات المؤسسات (enterprise environments).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة عملية في أدوات المراقبة مثل Splunk، Dynatrace، Grafana، Datadog وغيرها.
  • يفضل بشدة امتلاك المعرفة في ترابط المقاييس والسجلات والتتبعات (metrics, logs, traces correlation) وفي مراقبة تطبيقات الجوال والويب (mobile and web observability).

About the Role

Build the visibility that keeps an entire digital ecosystem running flawlessly. This is a pivotal role where you’ll take ownership of end-to-end visibility, reliability, and performance across a complex and rapidly evolving digital landscape. You’ll shape how we monitor, anticipate, and optimise every interaction across our platforms, from mobile apps to cloud services and third-party integrations. You’ll establish and drive enterprise-wide observability standards, ensuring every component is fully traceable, measurable, and continuously improving. Beyond that, you’ll lead the charge on proactive issue detection and resolution, embedding reliability into everything we do while enabling smarter, data-led decision-making across the organisation. At the core of this role, you’ll design, build and maintain a highly reliable global SaaS integration platform, driving high availability and resilient connectivity across multi-cloud environments. You’ll take a hands-on approach by working autonomously while providing technical leadership to engineering teams, underpinned by strong expertise in observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Datadog and related platforms.

 

Importantly, driving proactive issue prevention and automated resolution would be key. As collaboration is central, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to embed observability insights into product and service enhancements, ultimately elevating performance and customer experience.

 

This is a lead role where you’ll define standards, drive automation initiatives, and ensure our platforms are continuously optimised to support business growth and performance.

  You’ll have the opportunity to design and shape observability capability at a scale driving resilience, performance, and seamless customer experiences across a critical digital ecosystem.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience in Observability and Site reliability engineering across enterprise environments.

 

You'll bring hands on experience in monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, datadog etc.
