Position Summary

We are looking for experienced Rolling Stock OVH Technicians - Mechanical to join a railway maintenance/overhaul team in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in rolling stock maintenance and overhaul, particularly in mechanical subsystems such as TBU, AGTU, Bogie, Valves, Gearbox, Axle Box, Wheel Set, and Traction Motor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform overhaul activities, including disassembly, inspection, repair, reassembly, and

testing of rolling stock equipment.

Work on rolling stock mechanical subsystems, including:

• TBU
• AGTU
• Bogie
• Gearbox
• Axle Box
• Wheel Set
• Valves
• Traction Motor

• Ensure that overhaul tasks are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with established

procedures and quality standards.

• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, assisting with troubleshooting and

problem-solving as needed.

• Assist the supervisors and engineers in the development of overhaul procedures, work

instructions, and training programs.

• Conduct inspections of overhaul workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance with

safety regulations and housekeeping standards and align with his supervisor for any support

needed.

• Maintain accurate records of overhaul work, including checklists and documentation of

inspections, repairs, and testing results with the help of his working technicians.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of

overhaul operation.

• Able to work on shift roster plan.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in rolling stock maintenance or overhaul.

• Strong technical knowledge of rolling stock equipment, systems, and components.

• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and maintenance

manuals.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and interpersonal

skills.

• Good ability to communicate in English in all aspects: reading, writing, listening and speaking.

• Commitment to safety, with a thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

• Is in good physical condition.

Priority will be given to:

• Philippine nationals
• Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
• Candidates with proven rolling stock mechanical overhaul experience
• Candidates with experience in Bogie / TBU / AGTU / Gearbox / Axle Box / Wheel Set / Valve / Traction Motor
