تعلن شركة صافولا عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة بمسمى (أخصائي أول اكتساب المواقع - عقارات) في مكة المكرمة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
إدارة عملية تحديد وتقييم والتفاوض واكتساب المواقع الجديدة لدعم استراتيجية التوسع للشركة، وضمان مواقع قابلة للتطبيق تجاريًا وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استكشاف وتحديد مواقع المتاجر المحتملة في المناطق المستهدفة من خلال الزيارات الميدانية النشطة.
- بناء وصيانة قائمة قوية من الفرص من الزيارات الميدانية وشبكات الوسطاء والمعلومات السوقية.
- التقاط صور وفيديوهات عالية الجودة أثناء الزيارات الميدانية لتوثيق الموقع والبيئة وسهولة الوصول.
- تقديم تقارير أولية عن الموقع والاتصال إلى مدراء الاكتساب لإجراء التقييم التجاري اللاحق.
- تقديم مطورين وملاك وجهات اتصال سوقية جديدة لفريق الاكتساب لتوسيع قنوات التوريد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العقارات، إدارة الأعمال، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة قوية بالعقارات والتأجير التجاري.
- مهارات تحليلية وتفاوضية وتواصلية قوية.
- 2-4 سنوات خبرة في اكتساب المواقع، العقارات، التأجير، أو تطوير الممتلكات.
- خبرة في اكتساب مواقع التجزئة وتقييم المواقع مفضلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في التفاوض على المواقع، دراسات الجدوى، العناية الواجبة، وإدارة الملاك.

Job Description
Job Purpose :
Manage the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition of new sites to support the company’s expansion strategy, ensuring commercially viable locations and timely site delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of real estate and commercial leasing.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in Site Acquisition, Real Estate, Leasing, or Property Development.
Experience in retail site acquisition and location assessment is preferred.
Proven experience in site negotiations, feasibility studies, due diligence, and landlord management.

Job Purpose :

- Scout and identify new potential store locations across targeted regions through active field visits.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities from field visits, broker networks, and market intelligence.
- Secure high-quality photos and videos during site visits to document the location, environment, and accessibility.
- Provide preliminary site and contact reports to the Acquisition Managers for further commercial evaluation.
- Introduce new developers, landlords, and market contacts to the acquisition team to expand sourcing channels
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
