شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن مهندس معماري مشارك (Associate Architect) - سعودي الجنسية - للعمل في مكتبها بالرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إنتاج رسومات CAD وعروض تقديمية وتخطيطات ونماذج دراسية ووثائق إنشاء وألواح ألوان لمهام معمارية أو تصميم داخلي محددة بناءً على معلومات التصميم العامة وفقاً للمعايير والإجراءات المعمول بها ومتطلبات العميل.
  • استخدام الأدلة الفنية لضمان الامتثال للقوانين والمعايير المطلوبة.
  • تجميع البيانات وإجراء الحسابات البعدية والروتينية اللازمة لإعداد الرسومات وتخطيطات التصميم.
  • إنتاج رسومات ومواصفات تمت مراجعتها من قبل الآخرين.
  • البحث وتطوير حلول التصميم والمنتجات وعرضها للنظر.
  • فحص الميزات المعمارية أو التصميم الداخلي في مواقع المشاريع وتوثيق الظروف.
  • التفاعل مع أعضاء فريق المشروع الآخرين لتحديد الأهداف وتحقيق المواعيد النهائية المشتركة.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى المرتبطة بهذا المنصب حسب ما يلزم.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية.
  • خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في مشاريع سكنية مماثلة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • معرفة عملية بمعايير وممارسات وتقنيات التصميم المعماري و/أو التصميم الداخلي.
  • إتقان واضح في الرسم اليدوي، والتصيير، وبناء النماذج، ورسومات العرض.
  • إتقان برامج CAD وحزم البرامج الأخرى المرتبطة بالتصميم المعماري والداخلي.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Associate Architect (Saudi National) to join our Team!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Producing CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards for specific architectural or interior design tasks from general design information in accordance with established standards, procedures, and client requirements.
  • Utilizes technical manuals to ensure compliance with required codes and standards.
  • Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings and design layouts.
  • Produces drawings and specifications that have been red lined by others.
  • Researches and develops design and product solutions and presents them for consideration.
  • Inspects architectural or interior design features on project sites and records conditions.
  • Interfaces with other project team members to set goals and meet shared deadlines.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience on similar residential projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • Requires working knowledge of architectural and/or interior design standards, practices, and techniques, as well as a demonstrated proficiency in sketching, rendering, model-building, and presentation drawing.
  • Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural and interior design is also required.
