بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) تبحث عن مهندس معماري تنسيق مواقع أول (سعودي الجنسية) للانضمام إلى فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات في مشروع تطوير عمراني رئيسي بمنطقة الدرعية بالرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم التقارير إلى مدير الإنشاءات / المهندس المقيم والعمل كقائد تخصصي لأعمال تنسيق المواقع في الموقع.
  • الإشراف ومراقبة إنشاء جميع أعمال تنسيق المواقع (النباتات، التشجير، التربة، أحواض الزراعة، المزارع، واجهة الري، أثاث الموقع والعناصر المرتبطة) لضمان الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة ومعايير المشروع.
  • مراجعة والتعليق على الرسومات التنفيذية، مخططات الزراعة، رسومات التنسيق، مستندات تسليم المواد، منهجيات العمل وخطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs) المتعلقة بأعمال تنسيق المواقع، والتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية للموافقات.
  • إجراء تفقد يومي في الموقع وجولات ميدانية منتظمة لمراقبة التقدم، جودة العمل، جودة الزراعة، تجهيز التربة والتخطيط للحفاظ على النية التصميمية.
  • التحقق من أنواع النباتات، أحجامها، كمياتها، تباعدها ومواقعها مقابل الرسومات المعتمدة وجداول النباتات.
  • التأكد من أن المناسيب، التسوية، أشكال أحواض الزراعة، الحواف والانتقالات متسقة مع التصميم ومنسقة مع الأعمال الصلبة والمرافق.
  • التنسيق والمتابعة لطلبات التفتيش (IRs)، تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) والملاحظات الميدانية مع المقاول، وضمان الإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب وإغلاقها.
  • التنسيق الوثيق مع مهندسي تنسيق المواقع الصلبة، مهندسي المرافق الرطبة والجافة، متخصصي الري، الفرق الإنشائية والمعمارية والمقاول لحل النزاعات الميدانية ومشكلات الواجهات.
  • مراجعة والموافقة على العينات، النماذج الأولية ومناطق الزراعة التجريبية قبل التنفيذ على نطاق واسع.
  • الإشراف على تسليم النباتات، مناولتها، تخزينها وتركيبها، والتأكد من مطابقتها لمعايير الجودة والصحة وتركيبها وفق أفضل الممارسات البستانية.
  • مراقبة فترات الصيانة الأولية والتأسيسية بما في ذلك الري، التسميد، التقليم واستبدال النباتات الميتة أو الفاشلة.
  • مراجعة والتحقق من رسومات (as-built) وأدلة التشغيل والصيانة (O&M) الخاصة بتنسيق المواقع للتأكد من اكتمالها ودقتها.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات التقدم، الفنية والتنسيقية، وتقديم المدخلات المتعلقة بأمور تنسيق المواقع، المخاطر واستراتيجيات التخفيف.
  • مراقبة برنامج عمل المقاول، تسلسل الأنشطة والموارد لأعمال تنسيق المواقع، وتسليط الضوء على التأخيرات المحتملة وتقديم الحلول.
  • ضمان تنفيذ متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) بشكل كامل لجميع أنشطة تنسيق المواقع وفقاً لسياسات بارسونز والمشروع.
  • إعداد وتسليم تقارير خاصة بالتخصص تشمل تقارير الموقع اليومية/الأسبوعية، تقارير الجودة، المذكرات الفنية والمراسلات الميدانية حسب الحاجة.
  • دعم عمليات التفتيش، إزالة العيوب والتسليم النهائي لمناطق تنسيق المواقع للعميل، وضمان الجودة العالية والمواءمة مع الرؤية التصميمية.

المتطلبات الأساسية

  • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة تنسيق المواقع أو مجال وثيق الصلة من جامعة معترف بها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الإشراف على إنشاءات تنسيق المواقع، ويفضل أن تكون في مشاريع عمرانية كبرى أو حدائق أو مشاريع تطوير حضري.
  • فهم قوي لتصميم تنسيق المواقع، البستنة، تصميم الزراعة وعلاقات التربة/النباتات بما في ذلك أنواع النباتات الإقليمية المناسبة للمناخات الجافة.

المهارات المرغوبة

  • خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف الميداني، مراقبة الجودة والتنسيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات والمقاولين.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير رسومات تنسيق المواقع، المعمارية، الإنشائية والمرافق، وضمان التنسيق السليم في الموقع.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل، القيادة وحل المشكلات، مع القدرة على حماية وتنفيذ النية التصميمية أثناء الإنشاء.
  • الإلمام بأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وإدارة الجودة في بيئة الإنشاءات.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Landscape Architect (Saudi National) to join our site-based construction supervision team on a major public realm development in Diriyah, which includes a series of iconic and neighborhood parks, open spaces, and over 55 kilometers of streetscape. The objective of this program is to create a vibrant, inclusive environment that enhances livability, accessibility, and community well-being.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Report to the Construction Director/Resident Engineer and act as the discipline lead for landscape works on site.
  • Supervise and monitor the construction of all landscape works (softscape, planting, turf, soil works, planting beds, planters, irrigation interface, site furniture, and associated landscape elements) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
  • Review and comment on shop drawings, planting plans, coordination drawings, material submittals, method statements, and ITPs related to landscape works, and coordinate approvals with relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and regular site walks to monitor progress, workmanship, quality of planting, soil preparation, and layout to maintain the design intent.
  • Verify plant species, sizes, quantities, spacing, and locations against the approved drawings and plant schedules.
  • Check that levels, grading, planting bed shapes, edges, and transitions are consistent with the design and coordinated with hardscape and utilities.
  • Coordinate and follow up on inspection requests (IRs), NCRs, and site observations with the contractor, ensuring timely corrective actions and closure.
  • Liaise closely with hardscape architects, wet and dry utilities engineers, irrigation specialists, structural and architectural teams, and the contractor to resolve on-site conflicts and interface issues.
  • Review and approve samples, mock-ups, and trial planting areas before full-scale implementation.
  • Oversee plant delivery, handling, storage, and installation, ensuring plants meet quality and health standards and are installed in accordance with best horticultural practices.
  • Monitor initial maintenance and establishment periods, including irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and replacement of dead or failed plants.
  • Review and verify as-built drawings and landscape O&M manuals for completeness and accuracy.
  • Participate in progress, technical, and coordination meetings, providing input on landscape-related matters, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor the contractor’s work program, sequencing, and resources for landscape works, highlighting potential delays and recommending solutions.
  • Ensure that health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements are fully implemented for all landscape activities, in line with Parsons and project policies.
  • Prepare and submit discipline-specific reports, including daily/weekly site reports, quality reports, technical memos, and site correspondence as required.
  • Support inspections, snagging, de‑snagging, and final handover of landscape areas to the client, ensuring high quality and alignment with the design vision.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field from a recognized university.
  • in landscape construction supervision, preferably on large-scale public realm, parks, or urban development projects.
  • Strong understanding of landscape design, horticulture, planting design, and soil/plant relationships, including regional plant species suitable for arid climates.


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in site-based supervision, quality control, and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and contractors.
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape, architectural, structural, and utility drawings, and ensure proper coordination on site.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to protect and implement design intent during construction.
  • Familiarity with HSE and quality management systems in a construction environment.
  • Experience in KSA or the GCC region is preferred.
