شركة القدية للاستثمار، المطور السعودي الرائد في وجهات الترفيه والرياضة والثقافة، تبحث عن Senior Manager - Development للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض. ستساهم في قيادة مبادرات تطويرية كبرى من مرحلة التخطيط المبكر إلى التنفيذ، بالتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والشركاء الخارجيين عبر دورة حياة المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التخطيط والتنفيذ الشامل لمشاريع التطوير واسعة النطاق
- إدارة ميزانيات المشاريع وجداولها الزمنية والمخاطر وتنسيق أصحاب المصلحة متعددي التخصصات
- تنسيق أعمال المهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين والاستشاريين والمقاولين حتى تحقيق معالم التسليم
- إجراء دراسات الجدوى وتقييمات السوق لدعم قرارات التطوير
- ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية ومعايير الجودة وحوكمة المشاريع
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة
- 9-12 سنة من الخبرة في إدارة مشاريع التطوير العقاري واسعة النطاق، بما في ذلك المشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات والخطط الرئيسية الكبيرة
- خبرة قوية في إعداد ميزانيات المشاريع وجدولتها وإدارة المخاطر
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات وشركاء التسليم الخارجيين
- خبرة في العمل عن كثب مع المهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين والاستشاريين والمقاولين وصناع القرار الداخليين الكبار
- خبرة عملية في النمذجة المالية باستخدام Excel أو منصات إعداد التقارير مثل Power BI
- إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية (مستوى الناطقين الأصليين)

As Senior Manager - Development, you will play a key role in driving major development initiatives from early planning through execution. You will help shape decisions that influence project direction, delivery strategy, and overall development outcomes while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners across the project lifecycle.

As Senior Manager - Development, you will play a key role in driving major development initiatives from early planning through execution. You will help shape decisions that influence project direction, delivery strategy, and overall development outcomes while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale development projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors through delivery milestones
- Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments to support development decisions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and project governance
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 9-12 years of experience managing large-scale real estate or development projects, including mixed-use and large-scale masterplan developments
- Strong experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external delivery partners
- Experience working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and senior internal decision-makers
- Hands-on experience with Excel-based financial modeling or reporting platforms such as Power BI
- Native-level English proficiency
