Role Description The Information Technology Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role oversees the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations that support production, logistics, and administrative functions. Key responsibilities include managing network and server environments, supervising IT support and helpdesk activities, and coordinating maintenance, upgrades, and system integrations. The manager will develop and implement IT policies, cybersecurity measures, backup and disaster recovery plans, and ensure compliance with relevant standards. The role also involves leading IT projects, managing vendors, optimizing systems for business needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational improvement and scalability.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and hardware maintenance.
• Candidates should possess skills in systems administration and application support, such as ERP systems, production systems, and database management.
• Candidates should possess skills in cybersecurity, data protection, access control, and backup and disaster recovery planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL, security certifications) are an advantage.
