We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven Executive Director to lead the growth and expansion of a growing Home Healthcare & Mobile Clinics company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strong **Business Development professional** with solid experience in the Saudi healthcare sector, particularly within **Home Healthcare, Mobile Clinics, Medical Services, or Healthcare Startups.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and execute the company’s business growth and expansion strategy

🔹 Lead Business Development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth

🔹 Build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, corporates, insurance companies, and healthcare providers

🔹 Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams

🔹 Drive market expansion and strengthen the company’s position in the Saudi healthcare market

🔹 Lead commercial negotiations and strategic partnership agreements

🔹 Build strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and decision-makers

🔹 Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging healthcare opportunities

🔹 Work closely with medical and operations teams to ensure business and service delivery goals are aligned

🔹 Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams

🔹 Take ownership of overall business performance, growth, and commercial results

What We’re Looking For:

✅ **8+ years of relevant experience**, with strong experience in Business Development and commercial leadership

✅ Proven experience in the **Saudi healthcare sector**

✅ Strong background in **Home Healthcare, Mobile Clinics, Medical Services, or Healthcare**

✅ Previous experience working in a **Healthcare Startup or fast-growing healthcare company in Saudi Arabia** is highly preferred

✅ Proven track record in **Business Development, partnerships, sales, and revenue growth**

✅ Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare market and business landscape

✅ Experience dealing with hospitals, clinics, corporates, insurance companies, or healthcare networks

✅ Strong leadership, negotiation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business in a fast-paced environment

✅ Strong communication and presentation skills
