المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان تشغيل ABB وفق المعايير المطلوبة والامتثال لجميع المتطلبات الائتمانية على مستوى الدولة.
- تنسيق الوظائف المحلية ومنظمات الأعمال لضمان الاتساق والخبرة والتركيز التنظيمي، مع تمثيل ABB على مستوى الحوكمة المحلية وقيادة المكتب المالي الأمامي.
- الحفاظ على الامتثال التنظيمي مع إنشاء منصة أعمال مرنة تمكن الأقسام من التطور بمرونة.
- دفع تبسيط العمليات وتقليل التعقيد، ودعم الأعمال لتأمين قوة عاملة عالية التحفيز والمهارات لتحقيق النمو المستدام.
- ضمان التعاون الفعال بين الأعمال بما يتوافق مع "أسلوب ABB"، مع البحث بنشاط عن فرص لتبسيط العمليات.
- إنشاء وصيانة الحوكمة المحلية بما يتوافق مع اللوائح، مع إزالة التعقيد الداخلي.
- أداء وتنسيق الواجبات الائتمانية نيابة عن الكيانات القانونية المحلية لـ ABB، دعمًا لجميع الوظائف ومناطق الأعمال والأقسام.
- العمل كموقع معتمد للامتثال للوائح المحلية والمتطلبات القانونية والضريبية والخزينة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- تمثيل ABB محليًا أو تنظيم التمثيل بواسطة قائد أو خبير محلي آخر (التركيز على التمثيل الخارجي، بما في ذلك الجمعيات والعلاقات الحكومية) وإدارة الشراكات وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين (غير العملاء) ذوي الأهمية عبر العديد من الأعمال المحلية.
- المسؤولية عن الامتثال لجميع متطلبات الائتمان المالي المحلية المطبقة، والإشراف على الامتثال لـ US GAAP والتقارير المحلية والضوابط الداخلية والمتطلبات القانونية والضريبية، بدعم من الوظائف المعنية. الإشراف على العقارات ومواءمتها عبر الدولة.
- الاستشارة والتسهيل والدعم للأعمال العالمية ضمن نطاق الدولة في أنشطة الاندماج والاستحواذ وإعادة التنظيم وإعادة الهيكلة والأنشطة غير الأساسية، حسب الطلب. قيادة أو دعم الجوانب المحلية للمشاريع العالمية حسب الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على العلاقات مع المدققين الخارجيين وإبلاغ النتائج والتوصيات المحلية إلى المنظمة المناسبة للمعالجة (الأعمال، الخدمات المالية، أو الشركة).
- دعوة تبسيط العمليات وإزالة الأنشطة غير ذات القيمة المضافة عبر جميع وظائف الائتمان والحوكمة.
- العمل كقائد محلي قوي للوظائف المملوكة للشركة/العالمية مثل الاتصالات الحكومية والعلاقات الحكومية والموارد البشرية والقانون والضرائب والخزانة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في أي تخصص.
- خبرة قيادية واضحة تعتمد على خلق ثقافة تعاون مؤثرة ومساءلة قوية.
- أكثر من 10 سنوات من الخبرة العملية مع خبرة إشرافية في دور مماثل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات، وخاصة في سياق دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي أو المملكة العربية السعودية.
- معرفة وظيفية وخبرة واسعة تشمل مجموعة كاملة من المهارات المالية وغير المالية ومهارات الإدارة.
- قدرة مثبتة على تبسيط العمليات وإزالة التعقيد.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين (غير العملاء) مثل السلطات الضريبية والمؤسسات الحكومية والجمعيات والمدققين وغيرهم.
- معرفة عميقة وفهم واهتمام بالمملكة العربية السعودية ولوائحها وثقافتها.
- إتقان اللغة العربية أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية.

The Role is based in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia.
- Ensuring collaboration between businesses is effectively executed, where appropriate, to be consistent with the "ABB-Way."
- Actively seeking opportunities to simplify and streamline processes.
- Establishing and maintaining local governance in line with regulations while eliminating internal complexity.
- Fulfilling and coordinating fiduciary duties on behalf of ABB's local legal entities, in support of all respective functions, Business Areas and Divisions.
- Acting as the authorized signatory for compliance with local regulations, statutory, tax, treasury and HSE requirements.
- Representing ABB locally or organizing representation by another local leader / expert (focusing on external representation, including e.g. representation in associations, government relations) and actively managing partnerships and external (non-customer) stakeholders, when of significant importance across several local businesses.
- Responsible for compliance with all applicable local fiduciary finance requirements, overseeing compliance with US GAAP, local reporting, internal controls, legal and tax requirements, with support provided by respective functions. Oversight and alignment of Real Estate across the country.
- Consulted on, facilitates and supporting global business for the Country within scope for M&A activities, reorganizations, restructuring, non-core activities, carve-outs, as requested. Leading or actively supporting the local aspects of global projects, as needed.
- Maintaining relations with external auditors and communicating their local findings and recommendations to the appropriate organization for remediation (i.e. Business, Finance Services or Corporate).
- Championing process simplification and elimination of non-value-added activities across all fiduciary and governance functions.
- Acting as the strong local leadership for corporate/globally owned functions such as Country Communications, Government Relations, HR, Legal, Tax and Treasury.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Well demonstrated leadership abilities based on creating an impactful collaboration culture and strong accountability.
- 10+ years of working knowledge with supervisory experience in a similar role in a multicultural environment, particularly in a GCC/Saudi Arabian context.
- Broad functional knowledge and expertise, including full range of functional finance and non-financial skills and management skills.
- Proven ability to streamline operations and eliminate complexity.
- Proven ability to work with internal & external (non-customer) stakeholders, such as tax authorities, government institutions, associations, auditors, etc.
- Deep knowledge, understanding and interest in Saudi Arabia, its regulations and culture.
- Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable
