نبذة عن الوظيفة
في هذا الدور، ستتاح لك الفرصة لدعم الأنشطة الهندسية عبر مشاريع متفاوتة الحجم والتعقيد تحت إشراف مهندسين كبار. ستكون مسؤولاً عن إتمام المهام المكلف بها بطريقة فعالة من حيث التكلفة مع ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات العقد ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة وسياسات الأمن السيبراني. ستساهم أيضًا في عملية التصميم الهندسي من خلال جمع البيانات وإجراء التحليلات ودعم تطوير الحلول التقنية. نموذج العمل لهذا الدور هو مزيج بين العمل عن بُعد والحضور في الموقع. يساهم هذا الدور في خط أعمال SA-OPC ضمن منطقة الشرق الأوسط ومقرها الخبر، السعودية، ويتعاون مع فرق المبيعات وإدارة المنتجات وتطوير الأعمال لتقديم حلول تركز على العملاء وتحقيق أهداف العمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء أعمال المسح الأساسية وهندسة الأتمتة القياسية والتحليل ومهام التصميم الأساسية.
- جمع البيانات ودعم إنتاج التصميم الهندسي.
- ممارسة الحكم على التفاصيل المحدودة للعمل وعلى تطبيق الأساليب القياسية وإعداد الوثائق ذات الصلة.
- دعم التواصل المتعلق بالمهام المحددة في الاجتماعات.
- المشاركة في ورش العمل المتعلقة بالهندسة والتصميم والأدوات والعمليات.
- العمل في تطوير الهندسة الرسومية / التطبيقية في أنظمة التحكم الموزع (DCS).
- برمجة وتنفيذ واختبار وتوثيق تطبيقات التحكم في العمليات.
- القدرة على فهم سرديات التحكم ورسومات P&ID.
- المساعدة في إعداد المقترحات / عروض المشاريع الهندسية (توفير قوائم المواد وساعات الهندسة المقدرة، إلخ).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الأجهزة أو الإلكترونيات والاتصالات أو الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في أنظمة التحكم (Control Systems). خبرة في أنظمة ABB تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- يجب أن يكون فريق عمل، يتمتع بالتحفيز الذاتي، وسريع التعلم، وقابل للتكيف والمرونة.
- الاستعداد للسفر والعمل في المواقع عند الحاجة.
- الاستعداد للسفر محليًا ودوليًا حسب متطلبات المشروع.

You will be responsible for completing assigned tasks in a cost-effective manner while ensuring compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies. You will also contribute to the engineering design process by collecting data, performing analyses, and supporting the development of technical solutions.
The work model for the role is: hybrid/on-site.
This role contributes to the SA-OPC Business Line within the Middle East region based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The position supports engineering activities and project execution while collaborating with key stakeholders, including Sales, Product Management, and Business Development teams, to deliver customer-focused solutions and achieve business objectives.

- Performs basic survey work, standard automation engineering, analysis, and basic design tasks.
- Collect data and support engineering design production.
- Exercises judgement on limited details of work and on application of standard methods & prepare relevant documentation
- Supporting communication pertaining to specific assignments in meetings.
- Participate in workshops related to engineering, design, tools and processes.
- Work in graphic / application engineering development in DCS
- Program, implement, test and document process control applications.
- Ability to understand control narratives, P&ID’s.
- Assists in preparing proposal / presentation of engineering projects / programs (provision of bills of materials, estimated engineering hours, etc.).
- Bachelor's Degree - Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & communications, Electrical Engineering.
- Control Systems Experience: 3-5 years of experience with control systems. ABB systems will be an advantage.
- Must be a team player, self-motivated, quick learner, adaptable and flexible.
- Willingness to travel & work at sites as and when required.
- Willingness to travel domestic / overseas based on project need.
