Role Description

 The Call Center Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role involves answering incoming calls, responding to patient inquiries, and providing accurate information about services, appointments, and clinic procedures. The representative will schedule and confirm appointments, verify basic patient information, and direct calls to appropriate departments when needed. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions in the system, following established scripts and guidelines, and ensuring a courteous, professional experience for every caller. The role also requires collaboration with clinic staff to resolve issues promptly and support continuous improvement in patient communication and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience working as Customer Service Representatives with a focus on patient or client interaction.
• Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through clear, courteous, and solution-oriented communication.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to handle diverse callers, manage sensitive situations, and build trust.
• Customer Support experience, including call handling, issue resolution, and follow-up.
• Good Computer Literacy, including using call center software, electronic records, and basic office applications.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitals, or medical clinics is an advantage.
• High school diploma required; additional training or coursework in customer service or healthcare administration is a plus.
