Alsalam Aerospace Industries تعلن عن وظيفة فني معدات دعم الحياة للطيران (ALSE) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • العمل ضمن الهيكل الإداري المعين وتقديم التقارير إلى مشرف الموقع.
  • تركيب وإزالة وفحص وصيانة وإصلاح وضبط معدات دعم الحياة للطيران (ALSE)، بما في ذلك خوذات الطيران، وأجهزة الطفو، وحقائب النجاة، والأجهزة المثبتة على الخوذة، ومعدات الرؤية الليلية للطاقم الجوي، وأحزمة الأمان، ومعدات الهبوط الاضطراري والنجاة، وأنظمة العيون، وغيرها من معدات دعم الحياة ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان توفر مساحة العمل المناسبة، والإمدادات، والأدوات، ومعدات الاختبار، والموارد اللازمة للتشغيل الفعال لأنشطة ALSE.

  • تطوير وتنفيذ والإشراف على إجراءات فحص وصيانة ALSE، بما في ذلك المظلات الشخصية، ومجموعات أحزمة الجذع، وحقائب النجاة، وسترات النجاة، وخوذات الطيران، وأقنعة الأكسجين، والمعدات ذات الصلة.

  • إجراء التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) منظم كمدرب ALSE، وتوفير تعليمات عملية حول تشغيل المعدات والفحص والصيانة المجدولة وغير المجدولة والخدمة واستكشاف الأعطال وإجراءات السلامة.
  • مراقبة أداء المتدربين وتقدمهم لدعم التأهيل وتطوير الكفاءة. نسبة المدرب إلى المتدرب الموصى بها بحد أقصى 1:3.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحد الأدنى من الدبلوم في صيانة ALSE، أو الميكانيكا، أو الإلكترونيات، أو الإلكتروميكانيك، أو برنامج تدريب فني طيران معترف به متخصص في معدات دعم الحياة للطيران (ALSE)، بمدة لا تقل عن سنتين، أو مؤهل معادل.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن خمس (5) سنوات مثبتة كفني ALSE في بيئات الطيران العسكرية أو المدنية.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في تقديم التدريب الفني أو التوجيه أو التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) في تخصص ALSE.
  • يفضل وجود سجل تدريب ALSE (OJT logbook) أو سجل تدريبي موثق.
  • يجب أن يحمل شهادة دورة فنية معترف بها في ALSE بالإضافة إلى مؤهل تدريب المدربين (Train-the-Trainer) أو ما يعادله.
  • بالنسبة لغير الناطقين باللغة الإنجليزية، يفضل إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بما يعادل IELTS 5.0 كحد أدنى. قد يتم تقييم كفاءة اللغة الإنجليزية أيضًا أثناء المقابلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Work under the assigned management structure and report to the Site Superintendent.
  2. Install, remove, inspect, maintain, repair, and adjust Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE), including flight helmets, flotation devices, survival kits, helmet-mounted devices, aircrew night vision equipment, harnesses, emergency landing and ditching equipment, ocular systems, and other related life support equipment.
  3. Ensure the availability of adequate workspace, supplies, tools, test equipment, and resources required for the effective operation of ALSE activities.
  4. Use appropriate test equipment to conduct functional, reliability, and serviceability testing of ALSE.
  5. Maintain accurate inspection, maintenance, accountability, and issuance records for ALSE assigned to aircrew or installed/prepositioned on aircraft.
  6. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on life rafts, life preservers, emergency equipment, and other aviation life support systems.
  7. Perform fitting, adjustment, inspection, and maintenance of specialized ALSE in accordance with applicable technical standards and procedures.
  8. Develop, implement, and supervise procedures for inspecting and maintaining ALSE, including personnel parachutes, torso harness assemblies, survival kits, survival vests, flight helmets, oxygen masks, and related equipment.
  9. Coordinate ALSE activities with maintenance, supply, operations, and other relevant departments to ensure effective utilization of personnel, equipment, and resources.
  10. Supervise ALSE personnel, assign work activities, and monitor tasks such as inspection, servicing, maintenance, and preparation of life support equipment.
  11. Provide pre-flight briefings and guidance regarding required life support equipment based on mission requirements.
  12. Ensure compliance with applicable ALSE policies, regulations, technical publications, safety requirements, and operational directives.
  13. Establish work priorities and maintain accurate records regarding the status, serviceability, inspection, and maintenance of life support equipment.
  14. Evaluate the performance of assigned personnel and recommend improvements to ALSE maintenance practices, procedures, and training.
  15. Conduct structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) as an ALSE Trainer, providing practical instruction on equipment operation, inspection, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
  16. Monitor trainee performance and progress to support qualification and competency development. The recommended maximum trainer-to-trainee ratio is 1:3.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  1. Minimum Diploma in ALSE Maintenance, Mechanical, Electronics, Electromechanical, or a recognized aviation technical training program specializing in Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE), with a minimum duration of two (2) years, or an equivalent qualification.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience as an ALSE Technician within military or civilian aviation environments.
  3. Previous experience in providing technical training, mentoring, or On-the-Job Training (OJT) in the ALSE specialty is preferred.
  4. A documented ALSE OJT logbook or training record is preferred.
  5. Must hold a recognized ALSE technical course certificate and a Train-the-Trainer or equivalent instructor qualification.
  6. For non-native English speakers, a minimum English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.0 is preferred. English language competency may also be assessed during the interview process.
  7. Good working knowledge of office automation tools and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
