المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في صيانة وتحديث قواعد بيانات وأدوات تتبع التوظيف.
- تحضير ملخصات ومواد التوظيف لمناقشات الفريق الأسبوعية.
- دعم الفريق في مراجعة احتياجات المشاريع وتوفر المستشارين.
- التنسيق مع فريق التوظيف للمتابعات وفحص البيانات والتوثيق.
- دعم التحضير لاجتماعات لجنة التطوير الوظيفي (CDC) كتنظيم الملفات وإعداد القوالب وتحديث السجلات.
- جمع ومراجعة وتنظيم مدخلات تقييمات الأداء ودورات الترقية.
- تحديث ملفات المستشارين وملاحظات التطوير والوثائق الأخرى.
- صياغة المراسلات وملخصات الاجتماعات والإعلانات حسب الحاجة.
- الرد على الاستفسارات الروتينية ورفعها لكبار أعضاء الفريق.
- المساعدة في تنظيم الاجتماعات الداخلية وتتبع بنود العمل والمتابعات.
- المساهمة في تبسيط العمليات الداخلية واقتراح التحسينات.
- ضمان الدقة والسرية عند التعامل مع معلومات الموظفين الحساسة.
- إعداد ومراجعة وتنظيم المستندات والعروض والتقارير.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الفريق والتعاون مع فرق الموارد البشرية المختلفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- طالب في السنة النهائية بالجامعة ومؤهل لبرنامج COOP في يناير 2027.
- إجادة تامة للغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (كتابة وتحدثاً).
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Word وExcel وPowerPoint وOutlook مع رغبة في تعلم أدوات جديدة.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية.
- اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل ودقة عالية.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية تحت الضغط وإدارة أولويات متعددة.
- إظهار الاحترافية والنزاهة والسرية في التعامل مع المعلومات الحساسة.
- القدرة على النجاح في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة وموجهة نحو الخدمة ومليئة بالتحديات الفكرية.

What You'll Do
As a Talent Management Intern, you will support the day-to-day activities of the Talent Management team, with a particular focus on Staffing, Career Development, and general administration. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the core people processes of a leading global consulting firm, working closely with experienced Staffing and Career Development professionals.
You will contribute to key operational tasks, help prepare materials and analysis for talent processes, and support the team in ensuring smooth coordination with consultants across our Middle East offices.
Key Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To
Staffing
- Assist in maintaining and updating staffing databases, dashboards, and tracking tools
- Help prepare staffing overviews and materials for weekly team discussions
- Support the team in reviewing project needs and consultant availability
- Coordinate with the Staffing team on follow-ups, data checks, and documentation
- Support preparation for Career Development Committee (CDC) meetings (e.g., organizing files, preparing templates, updating records)
- Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing inputs for performance evaluations and promotion cycles
- Help update consultant profiles, development notes, and other relevant documents
- Draft communications, meeting summaries, or announcements as needed
- Assist in responding to routine queries, escalating to senior team members where appropriate
- Help organize internal meetings, track action items, and support follow-ups
- Contribute to streamlining internal processes and suggest improvements where applicable
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, presentations, and reports
- Assist in maintaining records, shared folders, and internal documentation
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional people teams
- Bringing enthusiasm for people-related topics and a desire to learn about Talent Management
- Working in a structured and organized manner, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Solving problems with patience and willingness to dig into details
- Communicating clearly, professionally, and with a service-oriented mindset
- Building relationships and working as part of a team
- Staying adaptable, reliable, and calm in fast-paced or time-sensitive situations
- Demonstrating integrity, discretion, and responsibility when handling confidential topics
- Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with a willingness to learn new tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented, and intellectually demanding environment
