القدية تعلن عن وظيفة مدير - إدارة مشاريع التصميم (التطوير متعدد الاستخدامات - المركز الحضري) في الرياض، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يقود مدير إدارة مشاريع التصميم التخطيط والإدارة والتنسيق والتسليم للتصميم عبر مجموعة من مشاريع التطوير متعددة الاستخدامات ضمن أعمال المركز الحضري.
- يشرف على عملية إدارة التصميم من البداية إلى النهاية للمساحات العامة والمرافق التجارية والسكنية والمكاتب والأصول الموجهة للوجهات.
- يعمل من جانب العميل كواجهة رئيسية بين التطوير وإدارة الأصول وتنفيذ المشاريع واستشاري التصميم والجهات الرسمية والمشغلين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان ترجمة رؤية التصميم إلى بيئات مبنية عالية الجودة وقابلة للتطبيق تجارياً وفعالة تشغيلياً.
- يتطلب الدور قائداً استراتيجياً قادراً على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد، ودفع التميز في التصميم، والالتزام بجداول البرنامج، وضمان التكامل السلس عبر تخصصات الهندسة المعمارية والمناظر الطبيعية والبنية التحتية والمجال العام والتخطيط المكاني والتطوير التجاري.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو التصميم الحضري أو هندسة المناظر الطبيعية (يفضل درجة الماجستير)
- يفضل الاعتماد المهني (RIBA, AIA, AICP, ASLA, PMP, MRICS, CEng أو ما يعادلها)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في إدارة التصميم وإدارة المشاريع
- 7 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي لإدارة مشاريع تطوير كبيرة متعددة الاستخدامات
- خبرة مثبتة من جانب العميل في مشاريع معقدة متعددة الاستخدامات أو إعادة تأهيل حضري أو مخططات رئيسية أو تطوير وجهات
- خبرة قوية في الإشراف على المشاريع الموجهة للمجال العام والتخطيط المكاني
- نجاح مثبت في إدارة فرق استشارية دولية متعددة التخصصات
- خبرة في تسليم المشاريع خلال دورة الحياة الكاملة للتطوير من التصميم المفاهيمي إلى البناء والتسليم
- يفضل الخبرة في الشرق الأوسط
- خبرة في المجتمعات المخطط لها على نطاق واسع أو المشاريع العملاقة أو المناطق متعددة الاستخدامات أو التطوير على نطاق المدن مرغوبة بشدة

The Design Project Management Director will lead the planning, management, coordination, and delivery of design across a portfolio of mixed-use precinct developments within the Urban Core business. The role will oversee the end-to-end design management process for public realm, public spaces, retail, food & beverage, commercial office, and destination-led mixed-use assets.
Working on the client side, the successful candidate will act as the key interface between development, asset management, project delivery, design consultants, authorities, operators, and stakeholders to ensure the design vision is successfully translated into high-quality, commercially viable, and operationally effective built environments.
This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, driving design excellence, maintaining programme commitments, and ensuring seamless integration across architectural, landscape, infrastructure, public realm, placemaking, and commercial development disciplines.

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture
- Master's Degree preferred
- Professional accreditation preferred (RIBA, AIA, AICP, ASLA, PMP, MRICS, CEng or equivalent)
- 15+ years of relevant experience in design management & project management
- Minimum 7 years in a leadership role managing large-scale mixed-use developments
- Proven client-side experience on complex mixed-use, urban regeneration, masterplan, or destination development projects
- Strong experience overseeing public realm and placemaking-focused developments
- Demonstrated success managing international multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Experience delivering projects throughout the full development lifecycle from concept design through construction and handover
- Middle East experience strongly preferred
- Experience within large-scale masterplanned communities, giga-projects, mixed-use districts, or city-scale developments highly desirable
