نبحث عن Head of Project Execution ذو خبرة لقيادة تنفيذ المشاريع في السعودية ومنطقة الخليج. ستعمل تحت إشراف Chief Operating Officer، وتقود أعمال الهندسة وإدارة المشاريع لمشاريع Yellow Door Energy الأساسية في مجالات الطاقة الشمسية (solar PV)، أنظمة تخزين الطاقة بالبطاريات (BESS)، وحلول الطاقة المتصلة بالشبكة، بدءاً من مرحلة ما قبل الإنشاء ومروراً بالتصميم والبناء والتشغيل التجريبي والتسليم إلى قسم التشغيل والصيانة. هذا الدور قيادي رفيع المستوى لمن يجمع بين قدرة قوية على تنفيذ المشاريع وخبرة فنية عميقة في البنية التحتية الكهربائية، أنظمة الجهد العالي (HV)، الاتصال بالشبكة والامتثال لـ Grid Code، ويمكنه قيادة الفرق والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة لتنفيذ مشاريع آمنة وقوية فنياً ومنضبطة تجارياً.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتطوير فريق التنفيذ الإقليمي عبر الهندسة وإدارة المشاريع، مع وضع أولويات ومعايير ومسؤوليات واضحة.
- توفير القيادة الفنية والتنفيذية بدءاً من مرحلة ما قبل الإنشاء والهندسة التفصيلية وصولاً إلى البناء والتشغيل التجريبي والتسليم.
- قيادة الاتصال بالشبكة والامتثال لـ Grid Code عبر أنظمة الجهد المنخفض (LV) والمتوسط (MV) والعالي (HV)، والعمل مع شركات المرافق والجهات التنظيمية والاستشاريين والمقاولين لحل متطلبات الربط الفنية.
- الإشراف على ضمان التصميم، وقابلية البناء، والتحسين الفني عبر أنظمة solar PV و BESS والمحولات والمفاتيح الكهربائية وأنظمة الحماية وغيرها من البنية التحتية الكهربائية الحيوية.
- الإشراف على تسليم المشاريع وفقاً للنطاق والميزانية والجدول الزمني والافتراضات الفنية المعتمدة، مع تحديد مخاطر التسليم ومعالجتها مبكراً.
- قيادة أو الإشراف على المفاوضات الفنية والتعاقدية مع العملاء والمقاولين وشركاء التنفيذ الآخرين.
- الإشراف على أداء المقاولين والموردين، بما في ذلك التنسيق الفني ومتابعة التقدم في الموقع وحل المشكلات وإدارة التغيير.
- ضمان تطبيق نظام الجودة (QA/QC) طوال مراحل البناء والاختبار والتشغيل التجريبي وPAC وFAC وأنشطة نهاية الضمان.
- تعزيز الأداء القوي للصحة والسلامة والجودة والبيئة (QHSSE) والقيادة المرئية للسلامة في تنفيذ المشاريع.
- العمل الوثيق مع فرق التطوير والتجارة والتقنية والمشتريات وإدارة المشاريع والمالية والقانونية والتشغيل والصيانة وQHSSE لضمان تضمين متطلبات التنفيذ في قرارات المشروع.
- تعزيز حوكمة المشاريع وإعداد التقارير ومعايير التسليم والدروس المستفادة عبر محفظة المشاريع الإقليمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص هندسي وثيق الصلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة مثل الطاقة الشمسية (solar PV) أو الطاقة المتجددة أو البنية التحتية للطاقة، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في منصب إداري أول أو قيادي ضمن الاستشارات الفنية أو EPC أو تنفيذ المشاريع أو الهندسة أو إدارة الأصول.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة فرق هندسية متعددة التخصصات وفرق تسليم المشاريع عبر مراحل التطوير والبناء والتشغيل التجريبي والتسليم.
- خبرة عملية قوية في الاتصال بالشبكة (grid connection)، والبنية التحتية الكهربائية ذات الجهد العالي (HV)، والامتثال لـ Grid Code، بما في ذلك العمل مع شركات المرافق وإدارة متطلبات الربط.
- فهم فني عميق لأنظمة الجهد المنخفض (LV) والمتوسط (MV) والعالي (HV)، بما في ذلك المحولات والمفاتيح الكهربائية وأنظمة الحماية واختيار المعدات الرئيسية ومتطلبات التصميم الكهربائي المرتبطة بها.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Project Execution, GCC to lead project execution across Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf, based in Dubai or KSA.
Reporting to the Group COO, you will lead engineering and project management for YDE’s Core Projects across solar PV, BESS and grid-connected energy solutions, from pre-construction design through construction, commissioning and handover to Operations & Maintenance.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strong project execution capability with deep technical expertise in electrical infrastructure, HV systems, grid connection and Grid Code compliance, and can lead teams, contractors and stakeholders to deliver safe, technically robust and commercially disciplined projects.

What You’ll Deliver & Own
- Lead and develop the regional Execution team across engineering and project management, setting clear priorities, standards and accountabilities.
- Provide technical and execution leadership from pre-construction and detailed engineering through construction, commissioning and handover.
- Lead grid connection and Grid Code compliance across LV, MV and HV systems, working with utilities, regulators, consultants and contractors to resolve technical and interconnection requirements.
- Oversee design assurance, constructability and technical optimisation across solar PV, BESS, transformers, switchgear, protection systems and other critical electrical infrastructure.
- Oversee project delivery against approved scope, budget, schedule and technical assumptions, identifying and addressing delivery risks early.
- Lead or oversee technical and EPC negotiations with clients, contractors and other delivery partners.
- Oversee contractor and supplier performance, including technical coordination, site progress, issue resolution and change management.
- Ensure strong QA/QC throughout construction, testing, commissioning, PAC, FAC and end-of-warranty activities.
- Promote strong QHSSE performance and visible safety leadership across project execution.
- Work closely with Development, Commercial, Technical, Procurement and PMO, Finance, Legal, O&M and QHSSE to ensure execution requirements are reflected in project decisions.
- Strengthen project governance, reporting, delivery standards and lessons learned across the regional portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in solar PV, renewable energy or power infrastructure, including at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role within technical consulting, EPC, project execution, engineering or asset management.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering and project delivery teams across development, construction, commissioning and handover.
- Strong hands-on experience with grid connection, HV electrical infrastructure and Grid Code compliance, including working with utilities and managing interconnection requirements.
- Deep technical understanding of LV, MV and HV systems, including transformers, switchgear, protection systems, major equipment selection and associated electrical design requirements.
- Strong knowledge of GCC grid and regulatory requirements, including relevant local utility and Grid Code requirements.
- Strong experience in EPC contracting and negotiations, contractor management, technical due diligence and project delivery governance.
- Strong technical understanding of solar PV and BESS systems and how they interface with grid and electrical infrastructure.
- Experience operating effectively within a multinational, matrix environment involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness, with the judgement to manage complex technical, contractual and delivery issues.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Hands-on familiarity with PVSyst and relevant design or simulation tools such as SolarGIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVcase or HOMER.
- Experience across C&I, hybrid and/or utility-scale renewable energy projects.
- Exposure to M&A, project acquisition or technical due diligence activities.
- You are comfortable operating at both senior leadership level and deep technical level, particularly around grid connection, HV systems and electrical design.
- You can challenge grid, protection and interconnection assumptions and work constructively with utilities, consultants, EPC contractors and internal teams.
- You lead teams with clear expectations, accountability and a strong focus on developing capability.
- You identify execution risks early and use sound technical and commercial judgement to resolve them.
- You care about safety, quality, technical integrity and disciplined delivery, not simply getting projects across the line.
- You look for ways to strengthen standards, governance and lessons learned across a growing project portfolio.
