المهام والمسؤوليات

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص هندسي وثيق الصلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية أو الطاقة المتجددة أو البنية التحتية للطاقة، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في منصب إداري أو قيادي ضمن الاستشارات الفنية، أو مقاولات EPC، أو تنفيذ المشاريع، أو الهندسة، أو إدارة الأصول.
- سجل حافل في قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات في الهندسة وتسليم المشاريع عبر مراحل التطوير والبناء والتشغيل التجريبي والتسليم.
- خبرة واسعة في التعاقد والتفاوض على عقود EPC، وإدارة المقاولين، والعناية الواجبة الفنية، وحوكمة التسليم لمشاريع الطاقة المعقدة.
- فهم فني عميق لأنظمة الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية وتخزين الطاقة بالبطاريات واتصال الشبكة والبنية التحتية الكهربائية للجهد المنخفض والمتوسط والعالي، بما في ذلك الحماية واختيار المعدات الرئيسية.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Project Execution to lead project execution for Yellow Door Energy's commercial and industrial (C&I) portfolio across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and Qatar. The role will ideally based in Saudi Arabia but we may consider Dubai.

What You'll Deliver & Own
Team and execution leadership
- Lead and develop the regional Execution team across engineering and project management, setting clear priorities, standards and accountabilities aligned with Group and country objectives.
- Build team capability through coaching, performance management, succession planning and recruitment as the portfolio grows.
- Lead senior engagement with clients, EPC contractors, consultants, suppliers and delivery partners, resolving material technical and execution issues.
- Work closely with Development, Commercial, Technical, Procurement and PMO, Finance, Legal, O&M and QHSSE to ensure execution requirements are reflected in project decisions and commitments.
- Embed consistent project governance, reporting, lessons learned and continuous improvement across the regional portfolio.
- Provide technical leadership across pre-construction and detailed engineering, including design reviews, constructability, site suitability and optimisation.
- Lead or oversee technical negotiations with clients and EPC contractors, ensuring technical requirements are properly reflected in tender packages, EPC agreements and technical appendices. Support commercial negotiations where needed.
- Oversee grid connection and Grid Code compliance across LV, MV and HV systems, including SEC, SERA and SASO requirements and other applicable standards.
- Guide major equipment specification and selection, covering PV modules, inverters, BESS, transformers, switchgear, protection, cables, tracking systems and monitoring solutions.
- Ensure energy yield and performance assessments, including P50/P90 analysis and uncertainty evaluation, are robust and correctly reflected in project assumptions.
- Oversee delivery against investment committee-approved scope, budget, schedule and technical assumptions, intervening early where risk or variance emerges.
- Direct contractor and supplier performance, including technical coordination, design implementation, site progress, issue resolution and change management.
- Ensure effective QA/QC across factory acceptance testing, site inspections, mechanical completion, commissioning, PAC, FAC and end-of-warranty activities.
- Ensure as-built documentation, testing records, punch-list closure and handover requirements are complete for transition to O&M.
- Promote strong QHSSE performance and visible safety leadership across all execution activities.
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- 10+ years' relevant experience in solar PV, renewable energy or power infrastructure, including at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role within technical consulting, EPC, project execution, engineering or asset management.
- A track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery teams across development, construction, commissioning and handover.
- Substantial experience in EPC contracting and negotiation, contractor management, technical due diligence and delivery governance for complex energy projects.
- Deep technical understanding of solar PV, BESS, grid connection and LV/MV/HV electrical infrastructure, including protection and major equipment selection.
- Sound knowledge of GCC grid and regulatory requirements, including experience working with local utilities and applicable Grid Codes.
- Commercial and contractual judgement to resolve complex technical, contractual and delivery issues.
- Experience working effectively in a multinational, matrix environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Hands-on familiarity with PVsyst and related design or simulation tools such as SolarGIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVcase or HOMER.
- Experience across C&I, hybrid and/or utility-scale renewable energy projects.
- Exposure to M&A, project acquisition or technical due diligence.
- You are equally comfortable in leadership discussions and in a detailed design or grid review.
- You can challenge designs, assumptions and delivery approaches while keeping relationships constructive.
- You build teams with clear expectations and accountability, and you invest in developing people.
- You spot execution risks early and resolve them with sound technical and commercial judgement.
- You look for ways to raise standards, strengthen governance and turn lessons learned into better delivery across a growing portfolio.
