Audience Size: 350 Learners

Start Date: Immediate / Urgent

We are urgently seeking a certified AWS Authorized Instructor (AAI) to deliver official AWS Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) training to a large cohort of 350 learners in Riyadh. The instructor must be an Arabic speaker and currently based in or available to travel to Riyadh immediately.

This is a high-visibility project requiring an instructor with proven experience delivering AWS official curriculum to large audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver official AWS Solutions Architect - Associate curriculum to 350 learners
• Adapt delivery style and pacing to manage large classroom/virtual cohorts effectively
• Ensure all training aligns with AWS official content and quality standards
• Manage lab exercises and provide real-time technical troubleshooting
• Track learner progress and maintain delivery quality metrics
• Coordinate with project managers on scheduling and logistics

Requirments:

• ✅ Active AWS Authorized Instructor (AAI) status - Mandatory
• ✅ AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification (minimum AAI requirement)
• ✅ Fluent Arabic speaker (native or equivalent proficiency)
• ✅ Based in Riyadh or available for immediate deployment
• ✅ Proven experience delivering AWS official curriculum to large audiences
• ✅ Excellent presentation and classroom management skills
• ✅ Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learner levels

Qualifications

• Additional AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer, etc.)
• Experience with large-scale training delivery (100+ learners)
• Background in cloud architecture, DevOps, or systems engineering
• Prior experience with Saudi government or enterprise training programs
