We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-profile arts and culture government organisation through its next phase of development and operational growth.

The role will carry broad responsibility across organisational build, operations, commercial performance, stakeholder management, and team leadership. The successful candidate will help shape the organisation, strengthen its operating model, and build the capability required for long-term performance.

We are interested in Saudi nationals with senior leadership experience across culture, heritage, tourism, entertainment, major events, destination management, visitor attractions, or other complex public-facing environments.
