المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة المشاريع الاستراتيجية والبرامج ومبادرات تمكين الأعمال طوال دورة حياة المشروع بالكامل، من البدء والتخطيط إلى التنفيذ والمراقبة والتسليم والإغلاق.
- تحديد أهداف المشروع ونطاقه ومقاييس النجاح والافتراضات والقيود والتبعيات والجداول الزمنية وهياكل الحوكمة وخطط التسليم.
- تسهيل جلسات الاستكشاف وورش جمع المتطلبات ومقابلات أصحاب المصلحة ورسم العمليات ومناقشات تحديد الحلول لوضع احتياجات العمل وحدود النطاق.
- مراقبة وإدارة مخاطر المشروع والقضايا والتبعيات والافتراضات وطلبات التغيير والأولويات المتضاربة، مع تقديم التوصيات وخيارات التصعيد للجهات الراعية وهيئات الحوكمة.
- تنسيق الفرق متعددة الوظائف وكبار القادة وخبراء الموضوع والبائعين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين لمواءمة المخرجات والموافقات والاتصالات وأنشطة المشروع.
- إعداد وتقديم تحديثات المشروع على المستوى التنفيذي وتقارير الحالة وتقييمات المخاطر وتحليلات الخيارات والتوصيات ومواد اتخاذ القرار.

Accountabilities
- Lead strategic projects, programs, and business enablement initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, implementation, and close-out.
- Define project objectives, scope, success measures, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, schedules, governance structures, and delivery plans.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and solution-definition discussions to establish clear business needs and scope boundaries.
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, change requests, and competing priorities, providing recommendations and escalation options to sponsors and governance bodies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, senior leaders, subject matter experts, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders to align deliverables, approvals, communications, and project activities.
- Prepare and present executive-level project updates, status reports, risk assessments, options analyses, recommendations, and decision-making materials.
- Support Agile and hybrid delivery approaches through backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams that may include communications, marketing, digital, content, events, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strengthen project delivery practices, governance processes, requirements-gathering methods, and stakeholder engagement approaches to improve organizational project management maturity.
- Coach stakeholders and teams on effective project delivery, governance, and collaboration practices.
- Five to eight years of overall business experience, including at least three to four years leading projects, programs, organizational change initiatives, or business transformation activities.
- Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A recognized project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and close-out across the full project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, scope definition, stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and process mapping.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, facilitation, and consensus-building skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies, including backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Strong understanding of project governance, executive decision support, organizational change, and business transformation.
- Experience coordinating vendors, consultants, external partners, and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, reporting, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management, scheduling, reporting, collaboration, and backlog management tools.
