تعلن إحدى الشركات الشريكة عن حاجتها إلى خبير أول في التخطيط المالي وتحليله (Senior FP&A Expert) للعمل على تصميم المهام المالية وتقييمها، ضمن مشروع تقييم أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي. الوظيفة في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتُعرض عبر منصة Jobgether، وتتولى الشركة الشريكة إدارة الطلبات والخطوات اللاحقة.

مشروع تقييم مبتكر لأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي يركز على سير العمل المالي المعقد وقرارات الأعمال. يعمل الخبير على تصميم سيناريوهات أعمال واقعية ومهام تحليلية، وإعداد حلول مرجعية مفصلة، وتقييم النماذج المالية والتوصيات التي يُنتجها الذكاء الاصطناعي وفق المعايير المهنية. العمل مستقل ومرن، وعن بُعد بالكامل ضمن مشاريع محددة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم مهام واقعية وسيناريوهات أعمال في التخطيط المالي والتنبؤ واتخاذ القرارات المؤسسية.
- تطوير نماذج مالية شاملة وحلول مرجعية باستخدام Excel، مع معادلات شفافة وافتراضات موثقة وتحليل السيناريوهات وفحوصات الاتساق.
- إعداد تمارين عملية تغطي الموازنات السنوية والتنبؤات المتدحرجة وتحليل الانحرافات وتخطيط عدد الموظفين وتقييم الاستثمارات.
- بناء وتقييم تحليلات مالية متكاملة تشمل قائمة الدخل والميزانية العمومية وتدفقات النقد ورأس المال العامل والسيولة ومؤشرات مالية أخرى.
- تطوير سيناريوهات أعمال معقدة تعتمد على مصادر متعددة، مثل الجداول والعقود ورسائل البريد الإلكتروني والعروض الإدارية والوثائق المالية.
- مراجعة وتقييم النماذج والتحليلات والتوصيات المالية التي يُنتجها الذكاء الاصطناعي من حيث الدقة الفنية والاتساق المالي والاكتمال والصلة بالواقع العملي.
- تحديد الأخطاء المالية الجوهرية والافتراضات غير المدعومة والتناقضات وأخطاء الحساب ونقاط الضعف في النماذج أو الاستنتاجات.
- وضع أطر تقييم ومعايير قبول واضحة مع مراعاة المنهجيات والافتراضات البديلة المقبولة.
- إعداد تعليمات دقيقة للمهام والإجابات المرجعية وشروحات موجزة بمستوى الإدارة التنفيذية.
- تطبيق إرشادات التقييم المنظمة بشكل متسق، وتقديم مبررات واضحة ومدعومة بالأدلة لقرارات التقييم.
- المساهمة بالمعرفة المهنية في التخطيط المالي لتطوير اختبارات مرجعية تقيس قدرة أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي على أداء المهام المالية المعقدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التخطيط المالي والتحليل (FP&A) أو المالية المؤسسية أو شراكة الأعمال المالية أو مجال ذي صلة وثيقة، أو خبرة موثقة معادلة.
- خبرة عملية في إدارة أو دعم عمليات التخطيط المالي، including الموازنات التشغيلية والتنبؤات المتدحرجة وتحليل الانحرافات وتخطيط عدد الموظفين وتقييم الاستثمارات.
- فهم قوي للقوائم المالية والمبادئ المحاسبية، بما يشمل قائمة الدخل والميزانية وقائمة التدفقات النقدية ورأس المال العامل والسيولة وشروط التمويل (debt covenants).
- قدرة مثبتة على بناء نماذج مالية قائمة على السيناريوهات وتقييم افتراضات أعمال مختلفة وأثرها على الأداء المالي.
- خبرة في مطابقة المعلومات المالية المعقدة أو المتضاربة عبر الجداول والعقود والوثائق التجارية وتقارير الإدارة.
- مهارات تحليلية ونقدية ممتازة، والقدرة على تحديد الأخطاء المالية الجوهرية والافتراضات الضعيفة والاستنتاجات غير المدعومة.
- القدرة على تقييم جودة التحليلات المالية ودقتها، والاعتراف بالمنهجيات البديلة الصحيحة، ووضع معايير تقييم واضحة.
- إتقان الكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى ممتاز لإعداد تعليمات مفصلة وتقارير مالية موجزة.
- دقة عالية في التفاصيل، والقدرة على اتباع إرشادات تقييم منظمة وممارسة الحكم المهني المستقل.

Accountabilities

- Establish clear evaluation frameworks and acceptance criteria while recognising reasonable alternative financial methodologies and assumptions.
- Prepare precise task instructions, reference answers, and concise executive-level explanations that accurately communicate financial findings.
