شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) تبحث عن مهندس معماري أول (Senior Architect Engineer) من المواطنين السعوديين للعمل في مكة المكرمة. في هذه الوظيفة ستؤدي مجموعة واسعة من المهام المعمارية المعقدة بتطبيق معايير وممارسات وتقنيات التصميم المعماري.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم الختم والتوقيع المهني للمهندس المعماري عندما يتطلب ذلك القانون أو العقد.
  • إجراء مجموعة متنوعة من المهام مثل الدراسات المعمارية، تطوير مفاهيم التصميم ومعايير التصميم، وإعداد التقارير ذات الصلة.
  • مراجعة رسومات CAD/BIM، التصورات، المخططات، نماذج الدراسة، وثائق البناء، ولوحات الألوان المعدة من قبل المصممين المعماريين، وضمان الامتثال للقوانين والمعايير ومتطلبات العميل.
  • تقديم استشارات فنية للدراسات والتحليلات التحليلية متعددة التخصصات.
  • كتابة مواصفات البناء وإعداد طلبات تفصيلية للمعدات والمواد، والتعامل مع الموردين عند الحاجة.
  • مراجعة رسومات وعينات الموردين، وإجراء تحليلات العطاءات الفنية.
  • تنسيق العمل مع وحدات الهندسة والبناء في موقع المشروع، ومراجعة واعتماد وإصدار التصاميم التفصيلية ورسومات البناء والمواصفات المعدة من قبل الآخرين.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني للمهندسين المعماريين والمصممين/الرسامين ذوي المستوى الأدنى العاملين على نفس المشروع.
  • مواكبة التقنيات الحالية من خلال الاشتراكات الفنية وحضور المؤتمرات.
  • إعداد تقديرات التوظيف وخطط التنفيذ.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية من جامعة معتمدة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع واسعة النطاق، تشمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن الهندسة المعمارية في مشاريع كبيرة.
  • معرفة بالتصميم المعماري (ID)، تقنيات الإنتاج، القوانين والمعايير، مواد البناء، وطرق الإنشاء.
  • يجب أن تكون الخبرة مكتسبة من العمل في شركات مرموقة.
  • معرفة بالسوابق في مجال التخصص، ومبادئ وممارسات أساليب وأنظمة التصميم الهندسي ذات الصلة.
  • معرفة بصناعة البناء، المعايير التنظيمية، ومعايير التصميم ذات الصلة بالعمل المعماري.
  • معرفة بالإجراءات الدولية، أدلة التصميم، والممارسات الإدارية والأوتوماتيكية.
  • معرفة بتطبيق وتنسيق أدوات التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD) ثنائية وثلاثية الأبعاد على المشاريع.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Architect Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to Performs a wide variety of difficult architectural assignments by applying architectural design standards, practices, and techniques. The incumbent at this level is a fully-qualified Architect who is proficient in developing creative architectural solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provides the seal and signature of a professional architect when required by statute or contract.
  • Performs a variety of assignments such as conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports.
  • Reviews CAD/BIM drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers. Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
  • Provides technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses.
  • Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials. Interfaces with suppliers as required.
  • Reviews supplier drawings and samples, and performs technical bid analyses.
  • Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site. Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
  • Provides technical guidance to lower-level Architects and Architectural Designer/Drafters working on the same project.
  • Keeps abreast of current technologies via technical subscriptions and attendance at conferences.
  • Prepares staffing estimates and execution plans.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in architectural from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in large-scale projects including having overall responsibility for architectural engineering on large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of architectural design ( ID ), production techniques, codes and standards, building materials, and construction methods.
  • Expertise must have been gained from working for reputed firms.
  • Knowledge of precedents in the specialty area and knowledge of principles and practices of related engineering design methods and systems.
  • Knowledge of the building industry, regulatory standards and design criteria pertinent to architectural work.
  • Knowledge of international procedures, design guides, automated and


administrative practices.

  • Knowledge of application and coordination of 2-D and 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools on a project.
