تعلن شركة PIPECARE Group، الرائدة في مجال خدمات فحص خطوط الأنابيب في قطاع النفط والغاز، عن توفر وظيفة Rigger Level 1 في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء والإشراف على جميع أنشطة الرفع والونش وفقاً لخطط الرفع المعتمدة وإجراءات السلامة.
- فحص الحبال، والروابط، والخطاطيف، والسلاسل، والأسلاك المعدنية، وعوارض التوزيع، ومعدات الرفع الأخرى قبل الاستخدام.
- التأكد من أن جميع معدات الرفع معتمدة وموسومة ومناسبة للغرض.
- تحديد أوزان الأحمال ومركز الثقل ونقاط الرفع المناسبة قبل عمليات الرفع.
- التنسيق مع مشغلي الرافعات والمشرفين وفرق الرفع لضمان التنفيذ الآمن.
- توجيه حركات الرافعة باستخدام إشارات اليد المعتمدة ووسائل الاتصال.
- ضمان تأمين الأحمال وتوازنها والتحكم فيها أثناء عمليات الرفع.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش قبل الرفع والمشاركة في اجتماعات السلامة وتقييم المخاطر.
- مراقبة عمليات الرفع وإيقاف أي نشاط يشكل خطراً على السلامة.
- الإبلاغ عن معدات الرفع التالفة أو المعيبة وإخراجها من الخدمة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات معدات الرفع وسجلات التفتيش.
- المساعدة في تحميل وتفريغ ووضع وتركيب المعدات والمواد.
- توجيه وتدريب عمال الرفع المبتدئين.
- الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة والظروف غير الآمنة والمشكلات التشغيلية للمشرف.
- اتباع تعليمات قائد الفريق في جميع الأوقات أثناء الأنشطة.
- تقديم جميع خطط الرفع قبل كل نشاط.
- الالتزام الدائم بجدول العميل.
- تدريب الموظفين الآخرين عند الحسبما يطلبه أعضاء الفريق الآخرون وبحسب إدارة الشركة.
- إبلاغ المدير المباشر دائماً في حال المرض أو الإجازة السنوية.
- حضور أنشطة متعددة في اليوم الواحد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها.
- شهادة سعودي Aramco Rigger Level 1 سارية المفعول.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات الرفع والونش الحرجة.
- خبرة عمل مع سعودي Aramco.
- خبرة عمل في مرافق الهيدروكربون.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- القدرة على رفع وحمل حتى 50 باوند.
- القدرة على المشي والتسلق لأداء المهام، بما في ذلك التحرك داخل بيئة المصفاة أو المصنع والوصول إلى المنصات المرتفعة عبر السلالم والدرج.
- وضوح كافٍ في الكلام والسمع للتواصل بفعالية.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على التركيز وتعدد المهام.
- القدرة على ارتداء معدات السلامة المطلوبة حسب قسم السلامة للحماية الشخصية عند الحاجة في بيئات التصنيع.
- حركة شخصية وانعكاسات جسدية كافية لأداء المهام المكتبية والسفر إلى المواقع الخارجية عند الضرورة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بمعدات الرفع وتقنيات الرفع وحسابات الأحمال.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير خطط الرفع ورسومات الونش.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.

Rigger Level 1 is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all rigging and lifting activities safely and efficiently. The role ensures that lifting operations are carried out in compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and applicable safety standards.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities
- Perform and supervise all rigging and lifting activities in accordance with approved lifting plans and safety procedures
- Inspect slings, shackles, hooks, chains, wire ropes, spreader beams, and other lifting equipment before use
- Ensure all lifting gear is properly certified, tagged, and fit for purpose
- Determine load weights, center of gravity, and suitable lifting points before lifting operations
- Coordinate with crane operators, supervisors, and lifting teams to ensure safe execution of lifting activities
- Direct crane movements using approved hand signals and communication methods
- Ensure loads are properly secured, balanced, and controlled during lifting operations
- Conduct pre-lift inspections and participate in toolbox talks and risk assessments
- Monitor lifting operations and stop any activity that presents a safety risk
- Report damaged or defective lifting equipment and remove it from service
- Maintain lifting equipment records and inspection logs
- Assist in loading, unloading, positioning, and installation of equipment and materials
- Guide and mentor junior riggers
- Report incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and operational issues to the supervisor
- Following team leader instruction all the time during the activities
- Need to submit all lifting plans prior to each activity.
- Always available to meet the Client schedule
- Train other employees when and as required by other team members as per Management
- Always notify the line manager for sick leave or annual vacation
- Need to attend multiple activities in given single day
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Saudi Aramco Rigger Level 1 certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rigging and critical lifting operations
- Knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging techniques, and load calculations
- Ability to read and interpret lifting plans and rigging drawings
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of HSE requirements and lifting regulations
- Saudi Aramco work experience
- Work experience in Hydrocarbon facilities
- Must have valid Driving License of KSA
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells
- Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively
- Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively
- Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
- Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary
