عاجل: تعلن شركة ZRVS عن توفر وظيفة Quality Assurance Coordinator في قطاع الرعاية الصحية في الرياض، السعودية (دوام كامل، عدد الوظائف: 1).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التنسيق والإشراف على برامج ضمان الجودة السريرية (QA) وتحسين الجودة (QI).
  • تطوير وتنفيذ وتقييم مبادرات تحسين الجودة.
  • إجراء التدقيق في الرعاية الصحية ومراقبة الامتثال للمعايير السريرية المعتمدة.
  • دعم مبادرات سلامة المرضى والحوكمة السريرية وأنشطة إدارة المخاطر.
  • مراجعة الإجراءات السريرية والسياسات ووثائق الجودة.
  • مراقبة مؤشرات الجودة وإعداد تقارير الأداء وفرص التحسين.
  • تحديد الفجوات في العمليات السريرية والتنسيق لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
  • التعاون مع الأقسام السريرية والإدارة لتحسين جودة رعاية المرضى.
  • دعم متطلبات الامتثال التنظيمي والاعتماد الصحي.
  • الإشراف على الأنشطة المتعلقة بالجودة والتنسيق مع فرق الرعاية الصحية متعددة التخصصات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها.
  • مؤهل دراسات عليا في ضمان الجودة أو تحسين الجودة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات بعد التسجيل المهني.
  • خبرة سابقة في قسم الطوارئ (ER) أو العيادة الصناعية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في ضمان الجودة / تحسين الجودة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور إشرافي أو إداري.
  • رخصة طبية سارية المفعول من وزارة الصحة السعودية (MOH).
  • تسجيل ساري المفعول لدى الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).
  • رخصة مهنية سارية من بلد المنشأ.
  • شهادة BLS (دعم الحياة الأساسي) سارية.
  • شهادة ACLS (دعم الحياة القلبي الوعائي المتقدم) سارية.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة (إلزامي).

Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

A reputed healthcare facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to oversee clinical quality assurance, quality improvement initiatives, patient safety, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate must have a strong nursing background, substantial clinical experience, and proven supervisory or management experience in healthcare quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor clinical Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Improvement (QI) programs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct healthcare audits and monitor compliance with established clinical standards.
  • Support patient safety initiatives, clinical governance, and risk management activities.
  • Review clinical procedures, policies, and quality documentation.
  • Monitor quality indicators and prepare reports on performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify gaps in clinical processes and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Work with clinical departments and management to improve patient care quality.
  • Support regulatory compliance and healthcare accreditation requirements.
  • Supervise quality-related activities and coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of post-registration professional experience.
  • Experience in an Emergency Room (ER) or Industrial Clinic.
  • Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance / Quality Improvement experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role.

Licensing and Registration

  • Current Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) medical license.
  • Current Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration.
  • Valid professional registration/license from the candidate's home country.

Mandatory Certifications

  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
