تعلن شركة ZRVS عن حاجة ماسة لتوظيف منسق ضمان الجودة (Quality Assurance Coordinator) في قطاع الرعاية الصحية بمدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن منسق ضمان جودة ذي خبرة للإشراف على أنشطة ضمان الجودة السريرية، وتحسين الجودة، وسلامة المرضى، والامتثال في منشأة رعاية صحية مرموقة. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح خلفية تمريضية قوية، وخبرة سريرية واسعة، وخبرة إشرافية أو إدارية مثبتة في مجال جودة الرعاية الصحية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنسيق ومراقبة برامج ضمان الجودة السريرية (QA) وتحسين الجودة (QI).
  • تطوير وتنفيذ وتقييم مبادرات تحسين الجودة.
  • إجراء تدقيق الرعاية الصحية ومراقبة الامتثال للمعايير السريرية المعتمدة.
  • دعم مبادرات سلامة المرضى والحوكمة السريرية وإدارة المخاطر.
  • مراجعة الإجراءات والسياسات السريرية ووثائق الجودة.
  • مراقبة مؤشرات الجودة وإعداد تقارير حول الأداء وفرص التحسين.
  • تحديد الثغرات في العمليات السريرية وتنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
  • العمل مع الأقسام السريرية والإدارة لتحسين جودة رعاية المرضى.
  • دعم الامتثال التنظيمي ومتطلبات الاعتماد الصحي.
  • الإشراف على الأنشطة المتعلقة بالجودة والتنسيق مع فرق الرعاية الصحية متعددة التخصصات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو مؤهل معادل.
  • مؤهل دراسات عليا في ضمان الجودة أو تحسين الجودة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • حد أدنى 10 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية بعد التسجيل.
  • خبرة في غرفة الطوارئ (ER) أو العيادة الصناعية.
  • حد أدنى 3 سنوات خبرة في ضمان الجودة / تحسين الجودة.
  • حد أدنى 3 سنوات في دور إشرافي أو إداري.
  • رخصة طبية سارية من وزارة الصحة السعودية (MOH).
  • تسجيل ساري لدى الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).
  • رخصة / تسجيل مهني ساري من بلد المرشح الأصلي.
  • شهادة BLS (دعم الحياة الأساسي) سارية.
  • شهادة ACLS (دعم الحياة القلبي الوعائي المتقدم) سارية.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة بشكل تام (إلزامي).

Job Summary

A reputed healthcare facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to oversee clinical quality assurance, quality improvement initiatives, patient safety, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate must have a strong nursing background, substantial clinical experience, and proven supervisory or management experience in healthcare quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor clinical Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Improvement (QI) programs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct healthcare audits and monitor compliance with established clinical standards.
  • Support patient safety initiatives, clinical governance, and risk management activities.
  • Review clinical procedures, policies, and quality documentation.
  • Monitor quality indicators and prepare reports on performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify gaps in clinical processes and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Work with clinical departments and management to improve patient care quality.
  • Support regulatory compliance and healthcare accreditation requirements.
  • Supervise quality-related activities and coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of post-registration professional experience.
  • Experience in an Emergency Room (ER) or Industrial Clinic.
  • Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance / Quality Improvement experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role.

Licensing and Registration

  • Current Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) medical license.
  • Current Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration.
  • Valid professional registration/license from the candidate's home country.

Mandatory Certifications

  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
