شركة ZRVS تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة Quality Assurance Coordinator في مجال الرعاية الصحية بمدينة الرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تسعى منشأة رعاية صحية مرموقة في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، إلى تعيين منسق ضمان جودة ذي خبرة للإشراف على ضمان الجودة السريرية، ومبادرات تحسين الجودة، وسلامة المرضى، وأنشطة الامتثال. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح خلفية تمريضية قوية وخبرة سريرية كبيرة وخبرة إشرافية أو إدارية مثبتة في جودة الرعاية الصحية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنسيق ومراقبة برامج ضمان الجودة السريرية وتحسين الجودة.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ وتقييم مبادرات تحسين الجودة.
  • إجراء تدقيق الرعاية الصحية ومراقبة الامتثال للمعايير السريرية المعتمدة.
  • دعم مبادرات سلامة المرضى والحوكمة السريرية وأنشطة إدارة المخاطر.
  • مراجعة الإجراءات السريرية والسياسات ووثائق الجودة.
  • مراقبة مؤشرات الجودة وإعداد تقارير حول الأداء وفرص التحسين.
  • تحديد الفجوات في العمليات السريرية وتنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
  • العمل مع الأقسام السريرية والإدارة لتحسين جودة رعاية المرضى.
  • دعم الامتثال التنظيمي ومتطلبات الاعتماد في الرعاية الصحية.
  • الإشراف على الأنشطة المتعلقة بالجودة والتنسيق مع فرق الرعاية الصحية متعددة التخصصات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • المؤهلات العلمية: درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها، بالإضافة إلى مؤهل دراسات عليا في ضمان الجودة أو تحسين الجودة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • الخبرة المهنية: خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات بعد الترخيص، مع خبرة في غرفة الطوارئ أو العيادة الصناعية، وخبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في ضمان الجودة/تحسين الجودة، وخبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور إشرافي أو إداري.
  • الترخيص والتسجيل: رخصة طبية سارية من وزارة الصحة السعودية، وتسجيل ساري من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية، ورخصة/تسجيل مهني ساري من بلد المرشح الأصلي.
  • الشهادات الإلزامية: شهادة BLS سارية، وشهادة ACLS سارية.
  • متطلبات اللغة: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة (إلزامي).

Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

A reputed healthcare facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to oversee clinical quality assurance, quality improvement initiatives, patient safety, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate must have a strong nursing background, substantial clinical experience, and proven supervisory or management experience in healthcare quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor clinical Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Improvement (QI) programs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct healthcare audits and monitor compliance with established clinical standards.
  • Support patient safety initiatives, clinical governance, and risk management activities.
  • Review clinical procedures, policies, and quality documentation.
  • Monitor quality indicators and prepare reports on performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify gaps in clinical processes and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Work with clinical departments and management to improve patient care quality.
  • Support regulatory compliance and healthcare accreditation requirements.
  • Supervise quality-related activities and coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of post-registration professional experience.
  • Experience in an Emergency Room (ER) or Industrial Clinic.
  • Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance / Quality Improvement experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role.

Licensing and Registration

  • Current Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) medical license.
  • Current Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration.
  • Valid professional registration/license from the candidate's home country.

Mandatory Certifications

  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
