تعلن شركة Shipa عبر منصتها Shipa Delivery عن توفر وظيفة "أخصائي التخليص الجمركي" (للسعوديين فقط) في المدينة المنورة. نحن منصة رقمية تربط الشركات والمستهلكين بشبكة من خدمات التوصيل في دول الخليج، ونبحث عن مرشحين متحمسين لخدمة العملاء وقادرين على العمل بسرعة واهتمام.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيتولى أخصائي التخليص الجمركي إدارة المستندات والامتثال الجمركي للشحنات الدولية، والتنسيق مع الجهات الجمركية وشركات النقل لضمان الإفراج عن البضائع في الوقت المناسب وتقليل التأخير، مع متابعة القوانين واللوائح الجمركية لضمان الامتثال للقوانين المحلية والدولية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد ومعالجة جميع مستندات التخليص الجمركي بما في ذلك إقرارات الاستيراد والتصدير والفواتير التجارية وسندات الشحن وشهادات المنشأ والمستندات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لجميع القوانين واللوائح الجمركية والاتفاقيات التجارية المعمول بها بالإضافة إلى سياسات الشركة.
  • تقديم الإقرارات الجمركية للجهات المختصة وضمان الإفراج عن البضائع في الوقت المحدد لتجنب التأخير أو الغرامات.
  • العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين الجهات الجمركية وشركات الشحن والشركة لحل أي مشاكل أو تناقضات جمركية.
  • حساب والتحقق من الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب والتعريفات لضمان الدقة وتقليل التكاليف.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات محدثة ودقيقة لجميع المستندات والمعاملات الجمركية.
  • معالجة وحل أي مشاكل أو تأخيرات تتعلق بالتخليص الجمركي، بما في ذلك العمل مع المخلصين الجمركيين أو مقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين.
  • تقديم المشورة والإرشاد للفرق الداخلية أو العملاء بشأن لوائح الاستيراد والتصدير وتصنيف البضائع ومتطلبات التوثيق.
  • تحديد المخاطر المحتملة في عملية التخليص الجمركي مثل عدم الامتثال أو التأخير واتخاذ إجراءات استباقية للتخفيف من هذه المخاطر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس ويفضل في تخصص اللوجستيات أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال التخليص الجمركي أو الشحن العابر (Cross Border).
  • يفضل خبرة أو معرفة في مجال اللوجستيات والتجارة الإلكترونية.

Role Summary: The primary role of the Customs Clearance Specialist is you will manage the customs documentation and compliance processes for international shipments. You will coordinate with customs authorities, carriers, and other parties to ensure timely clearance of goods, minimizing delays and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed. You will also stay updated on customs regulations and trade laws to ensure the business remains compliant with local and international trade rules.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Customs Documentation: Prepare and process all customs documentation, including import/export declarations, commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant paperwork
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable customs laws, regulations, and trade agreements, as well as company policies
  • Customs Clearance Process: Submit customs declarations to customs authorities and ensure timely clearance of goods to avoid delays or fines
  • Liaison with Customs Authorities: Act as the primary point of contact between customs authorities, shipping companies, and the company to resolve any customs issues or discrepancies
  • Tariff Classification & Duties: Calculate and verify customs duties, tariffs, and taxes, ensuring accuracy and minimizing costs
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs documents and transactions
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or delays related to customs clearance, including working with customs brokers or third-party service providers
  • Consultation & Advice: Provide guidance to internal teams or clients regarding import/export regulations, classification of goods, and documentation requirements

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the customs clearance process, such as non-compliance or delays, and take proactive measures to mitigate these risks.

Requirements

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in logistics and supply chain management
  • Minimum 4 years of Customs Clearance or Cross Border experience required
  • Experience in or exposure to logistics and ecommerce, preferred
