مدير تنفيذ نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) في شركة القدية، الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تطبيق وتنفيذ استراتيجية BIM المؤسسية داخل وحدة التطوير الرئيسية، وترجمة الأولويات المؤسسية إلى إطار عمل تنفيذي مُحكم عبر مراحل التطوير والتصميم والبناء والتشغيل لتعظيم قيمة الأصول على المدى الطويل
- وضع أُطر الحوكمة والمعايير والبروتوكولات والقوالب وعمليات ضمان الجودة الخاصة بـ BIM
- قيادة تنفيذ BIM عبر المشاريع الرأسمالية الكبرى، وضمان الاتساق والامتثال لمتطلبات BIM المؤسسية
- دفع تكامل BIM مع منصات التسليم الرقمية وبيئات البيانات المشتركة (CDE) ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) وتقنيات التوأم الرقمي وأنظمة معلومات الأصول وأدوات إدارة المشاريع
- الإشراف على تخطيط تنفيذ BIM وإدارة النماذج وإدارة المعلومات وأنشطة حوكمة البيانات
- التعاون مع فرق التطوير والتصميم والهندسة والبناء ومراقبة المشاريع والعمليات والتقنية لتعظيم قيمة BIM واعتماده
- مراقبة نضج BIM وامتثال المشاريع ومقاييس الأداء وفعالية التنفيذ عبر المحفظة
- إنشاء برامج تطوير قدرات BIM ومبادرات تدريبية وممارسات تبادل المعرفة
- تقييم التقنيات الناشئة والابتكارات في القطاع لتعزيز قدرات التسليم الرقمي وإدارة الأصول
- تقديم التوجيه الاستراتيجي بشأن متطلبات BIM أثناء عمليات الشراء وإشراك الاستشاريين واختيار المقاولين
- إدارة ميزانيات تنفيذ BIM والموارد ومقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين
- تمثيل المؤسسة في المنتديات واللجان الفنية واللقاءات المتعلقة بـ BIM والتسليم الرقمي
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة الرقمية أو إدارة المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير)
- شهادة buildingSMART أو PMP أو RICS أو شهادات Autodesk المهنية أو شهادة ISO 19650 أو ما يعادلها (يفضل)
- خبرة تزاوحية تتراوح بين 12 و15 سنة فما فق في BIM أو الهندسة الرقمية أو إدارة التصميم أو تسليم المشاريع أو تكنولوجيا البناء
- قيادة تنفيذ BIM ف مشاريع عقارية كبرى أو بنية تحتية أو مشاريع متعددة الاستخددام أو مشاريع ضخمة

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the application and execution of the organizational enterprise BIM strategy within the Master Development Unit, translating enterprise priorities into governed delivery across development, design, construction, and operations to maximize long-term asset value
- Establish BIM governance frameworks, standards, protocols, templates, and quality assurance processes
- Lead BIM implementation across major capital projects, ensuring consistency and compliance with organizational BIM requirements
- Drive integration of BIM with digital delivery platforms, Common Data Environments (CDE), GIS, digital twin technologies, asset information systems, and project management tools
- Oversee BIM execution planning, model management, information management, and data governance activities
- Collaborate with Development, Design, Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Operations, and Technology teams to maximize BIM value and adoption
- Monitor BIM maturity, project compliance, performance metrics, and implementation effectiveness across the portfolio
- Establish BIM capability development programs, training initiatives, and knowledge-sharing practices
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry innovations to enhance digital project delivery and asset management capabilities
- Provide strategic guidance on BIM requirements during procurement, consultant engagement, and contractor selection processes
- Manage BIM implementation budgets, resources, and external service providers
- Represent the organization in industry forums, technical committees, and stakeholder engagements related to BIM and digital delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Digital Engineering, Information Management, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- BuildingSMART Certification, PMP, RICS, Autodesk Professional Certifications, ISO 19650 Certification, or equivalent preferred
- 12-15+ years of progressive experience in BIM, digital engineering, design management, project delivery, or construction technology
- Leading BIM implementation on large-scale real estate, infrastructure, mixed-use, or mega-development projects
- Developing BIM standards, governance frameworks, and digital delivery strategies
- Managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating across design, engineering, construction, and operational functions
- Implementing BIM technologies, information management systems, and digital transformation initiatives
- Advising senior leadership on digital delivery strategy, BIM maturity, and innovation opportunities
