نبذة عن الوظيفة

يربط هذا الدور بين فرق تطوير المنتجات والتصنيع والجودة والخدمة والموردين لدعم الإطلاق الناجح والنشر والتحسين المستمر لأجهزة وبرامج ADAS ووظائف السيارة على مستوى النظام طوال دورة حياة الإنتاج. يمتلك المرشح المثالي معرفة تقنية قوية بأنظمة المركبات والتشخيص وعمليات التصنيع، مع نهج عملي لحل المشكلات في بيئة إنتاج سريعة الخطى.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة التحقيق وحل مشكلات التصنيع والتجميع وجودة المركبات المتعلقة بـ ADAS.
  • إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري عبر أجهزة الاستشعار ووحدات التحكم الإلكترونية وشبكات المركبات والبرامج وعمليات المعايرة.
  • إجراء اختبارات التكامل على مستوى المركبة والتحقق من البرامج والتجارب التصنيعية لدعم حل المشكلات والتحقق من المنتج.
  • دعم إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة والتغييرات الهندسية والاستعداد التصنيعي لميزات ومكونات ADAS.
  • إدارة تنازلات الأجزاء والانحرافات وأنشطة التحكم في التغيير لأجهزة وبرامج ADAS.
  • دعم تشخيص نهاية الخط والمعايرة ووميض البرامج والتحقق من الإنتاج.
  • التعاون مع فرق تطوير المنتجات والهندسة التصنيعية والجودة والخدمة والموردين لحل المشكلات ودفع التحسين المستمر.
  • تحسين عمليات تصنيع ADAS وإجراءات استكشاف الأخطاء وطرق التحقق.
  • تقديم التوجيه الفني والتدريب لفرق التصنيع والجودة.
  • دعم التصعيد في الإنتاج وضمان إغلاق المشكلات الحرجة في الوقت المحدد.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التصنيع الآلي أو هندسة الإنتاج أو تكامل الأنظمة أو التشخيص أو الجودة.
  • خبرة في استكشاف مشكلات المركبات الكهربائية أو البرمجيات أو الاتصالات وحلها.
  • الإلمام بتشخيص وحدات التحكم الإلكترونية (ECU) ووميض البرامج والتحقق من المركبات.
  • معرفة عملية ببروتوكولات اتصال المركبات بما في ذلك CAN و Automotive Ethernet و UDS.
  • خبرة في أساليب الجودة التصنيعية بما في ذلك PFMEA وخطط التحكم وحل المشكلات المنظم.
  • الاستعداد والقدرة على السفر محلياً ودولياً عند الحاجة.

Position Overview

This role connects Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and Supplier teams to support the successful launch, deployment, and continuous improvement of ADAS hardware, software, and vehicle-level functionality throughout the production lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and manufacturing processes, combined with a hands-on approach to solving problems in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the investigation and resolution of ADAS-related manufacturing, assembly, and vehicle quality issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis across sensors, ECUs, vehicle networks, software, and calibration processes.
  • Perform vehicle-level integration testing, software verification, and manufacturing trials to support issue resolution and product validation.
  • Support new product launches, engineering changes, and manufacturing readiness for ADAS features and components.
  • Manage part concessions, deviations, and change control activities for ADAS hardware and software.
  • Support End-of-Line diagnostics, calibration, software flashing, and production validation.
  • Partner with Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Service, and Supplier teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Improve ADAS manufacturing processes, troubleshooting procedures, and validation methods.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to Manufacturing and Quality teams.
  • Support production escalations and ensure critical issues are closed on time.

Skills

  • Strong analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Clear communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience with vehicle diagnostics and ECU flashing.
  • Knowledge of automotive electrical and network architecture.
  • Working knowledge of CAN, Automotive Ethernet, and diagnostic protocols.
  • Experience with CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, or similar engineering tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong ownership, resilience, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to support production activities outside regular business hours when needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, production engineering, systems integration, diagnostics, or quality.
  • Experience troubleshooting vehicle electrical, software, or communication issues.
  • Familiarity with ECU diagnostics, software flashing, and vehicle verification.
  • Working knowledge of vehicle communication protocols, including CAN, Automotive Ethernet, and UDS.
  • Experience with manufacturing quality methods, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and structured problem solving.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

ADAS and Sensor Systems

  • Experience with ADAS, Autonomous Driving systems, and sensor technologies such as cameras, radar, lidar, or related perception hardware.

Tools And Process Experience

  • Experience with Python scripting, automation, data analysis tools, automotive software release management, and change control processes.

Industry Background

  • Experience working at an automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
