تعلن شركة SSCL LTD عن توفر وظيفة مدير مشروع (Project Manager) في مدينة الرياض، السعودية. يشرف مدير المشروع على جميع جوانب تنفيذ المشاريع لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والمالية والإدارية وفقاً لمعايير الشركة، مع إدارة الميزانيات والموارد والموظفين لضمان سير العمل في المواقع والتسليم في الوقت المحدد والامتثال لمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على جميع الوظائف المالية والإدارية والتشغيلية المتعلقة بعقد المشروع، وضمان توافقها مع أهداف الشركة.
- إدارة الميزانية والتحكم فيها، والتأكد من بقاء النفقات ضمن الحدود المعتمدة.
- ضمان التوفر المستمر لقطع الغيار والمستهلكات والمواد اللازمة لدعم العمليات دون انقطاع.
- تنفيذ ومتابعة برنامج الصيانة الوقائية، مع الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للرجوع إليها مستقبلاً.
- الإشراف على كبار الموظفين وتوجيههم وتقييم أدائهم لضمان كفاءة تشغيلية عالية.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع مديري المناطق والمناطق الإقليمية وموظفي المقر الرئيسي لضمان التنفيذ المتسق للمشاريع والتواصل الفعّال.
- الإشراف على عمليات الموقع لضمان تسليم المشروع بسلاسة والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والميزانيات ومعايير الجودة.
- تعزيز الانضباط والسلامة والاحترافية بين جميع الموظفين في مواقع المشاريع.
- تسهيل برامج التدريب والتطوير لرفع كفاءة الفريق ومستويات الأداء.
- إجراء مراجعات منتظمة لحالة المشروع وتقديم تقارير التقدم للإدارة العليا.
- تحسين استخدام القوى العاملة، وضمان تعيين الأشخاص المناسبين في الأدوار المناسبة.
- تقييم أداء كبار الموظفين وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة للإدارة لتحقيق التحسين المستمر.
- ضمان توافق جهود الأفراد والفريق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمنظمة، وتعزيز ثقافة التعاون والمساءلة والتحسين المستمر لتحقيق النتائج المرجوة.
- أداء أي مهام إضافية أو مكلف بها من المشرف المباشر حسب الحاجة لدعم أهداف القسم والمنظمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة المشاريع أو الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع التشغيل أو الصيانة أو الإنشاءات، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في إدارة المشاريع.
- شهادة مهنية في إدارة المشاريع (مثل PMP - محترف إدارة المشاريع) أو ما يعادلها مرغوب فيه بشدة.
- شهادات أو تدريبات إضافية في معايير الصناعة ذات الصلة (مثل ISO 9001، Six Sigma) تُعد ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على إدارة الفرق.
- مهارات ممتازة في تخطيط المشاريع والتنظيم.
- إتقان استخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع (مثل Microsoft Project، Primavera).
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية.

Key Accountabilities
- Oversee all financial, managerial, and operational functions related to the project contract, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage and control the project budget, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.
- Ensure the continuous availability of spare parts, consumables, and necessary materials to support uninterrupted operations.
- Implement and monitor the preventive maintenance program, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate senior personnel to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with Area Managers, Regional Managers, and Headquarters staff to ensure consistent project execution and communication.
- Oversee site operations to ensure smooth project delivery and adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Promote discipline, safety, and professionalism among all staff members across project sites.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team competency and performance standards.
- Conduct regular project status reviews and submit progress reports to senior management.
- Evaluate the performance of senior staff and provide constructive feedback to management for continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment of individual and team efforts with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, as required to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10 Years and above experience in operation, maintenance or construction projects. At least three years of this experience must be in project management.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP - Project Management Professional) or similar is highly desirable.
- Additional certifications or training in relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent project planning and organizational skills
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Budget management and cost control expertise
