We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Director to lead the development, management, and growth of digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will drive digital product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative, scalable, and customer-centric digital solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and execute the digital product strategy, vision, and roadmap.

* Lead and oversee the development and optimization of digital platforms.

* Drive digital transformation initiatives and product innovation.

* Collaborate with Technology, UX/UI, Operations, and Business teams to ensure successful product delivery.

* Monitor product performance, user experience, and business impact through defined KPIs.

* Identify opportunities to enhance digital capabilities, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

* Lead and develop high-performing product management teams.

Requirements:

* 10+ years of relevant experience in digital products, platforms, or product management.

* Proven experience leading enterprise-level digital platforms and product strategies.

* Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.

* Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
