تسعى شركة Alstom، الرائدة عالمياً في مجال أنظمة النقل بالسكك الحديدية، إلى توظيف مدير أمن سيبراني للمشاريع (Project Cybersecurity Manager) للعمل في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق دولي لحماية البنية الرقمية لأنظمة النقل الحديثة وضمان أمنها وموثوقيتها.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة التخطيط والتنفيذ في مجال الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة السكك الحديدية الحيوية وبيانات المشروع.
  • إجراء تحليلات السياق والمخاطر لتحديد التهديدات وضمان مرونة الأنظمة.
  • إعداد التسليمات المطلوبة للأمن السيبراني ومراجعة حزم التصميم الأمني.
  • تحديد بنية الأمن السيبراني، وتوزيع المتطلبات، وتعميدها على الموردين.
  • إدارة مستويات ضمان الأمن السيبراني وتقييم الأداء الأمني المحقق.
  • التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة للتوافق حول ضوابط الأمن وإعداد تقارير الحالة بشكل دوري.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة في إدارة الأمن السيبراني للمشاريع، وتقييم المخاطر، والحوكمة والمخاطر والامتثال (GRC) في الأمن السيبراني.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة مبادئ بنية الأنظمة والشبكات وأطر الأمان مثل ISO 27001 وIEC 62443.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعاون للتعامل مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة.
  • عقلية تحليلية وحل المشكلات لمواجهة التحديات التقنية والتشغيلية.

Your role, your impact

  • Lead cybersecurity planning and implementation to protect critical rail systems and project data.
  • Perform context and risk analyses to identify threats and ensure system resilience.
  • Prepare the required cybersecurity deliverables and review cybersecurity design packages.
  • Define cybersecurity architecture, allocate requirements, and cascade them to suppliers.
  • Manage cybersecurity assurance levels and evaluate achieved security performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on security controls and report status regularly.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As a Project Cybersecurity Manager, you'll ensure every system remains safe, secure, and dependable.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in project cybersecurity management,risk assessment, and cybersecurity GRC.
  • Proficiency in system and network architecture principles and security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and IEC 62443.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset to address technical and operational challenges.

  • Successful delivery of cybersecurity deliverables on time, within quality and cost constraints.
  • Compliance with Alstom’s and regulatory cybersecurity standards.
  • Positive feedback from project teams and stakeholders on risk management effectiveness.
