About Azyanna

Azyanna is a Saudi designer fashion marketplace where pieces move from one wardrobe to the next. Sellers list in minutes, buyers shop with confidence, and every item passes through our team for authenticity and condition checks before delivery. We’re a small team, and we’re looking for someone to help keep every order moving.

What you’ll do

• Follow every order from sale to delivery and make sure nothing gets stuck
• Coordinate pickups, drop-offs and deliveries with our logistics partners
• Keep sellers and buyers updated by WhatsApp and phone, warmly and on time
• Track items arriving at our authentication team and the results of their checks
• Help resolve issues such as delays, condition questions and returns
• Keep order records accurate and share simple daily updates with the team

Who you are

• Organised and detail-oriented: you notice when something is off
• A clear, friendly communicator in Arabic and English
• Calm under pressure and happy to own a problem until it’s solved
• Fresh graduates are welcome. No previous experience needed
