يدعم هذا الدور أنشطة تطوير الأعمال، ويساهم في المناقشات الاستراتيجية، ويُجري أبحاثاً حول الأسواق الجديدة وفرص النمو. تشمل المهام اليومية حضور اجتماعات الفريق، مراجعة المعلومات التجارية وتلخيصها، المساعدة في إعداد العروض والتقارير، والعمل مع الزملاء في المبادات الاستراتيجية. كما يساعد العضو في الحفاظ على التوثيق، ومتابعة بنود العمل، وتقديم الدعم الإداري للمشاريع الجارية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- القدرة على إجراء أبحاث سوقية واعية وتحليل المعلومات وتلخيص الرؤى الرئيسية بوضوح.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية قوية، مع القدرة على المساهمة في التقارير والعروض والتوثيق الداخلي.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت للتعامل مع مسؤوليات الدوام الجزئي والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية في بيئة عمل هجينة.
- إلمام باستخدام الأدوات المكتبية وأدوات التعاون الشائعة (مثل البريد الإلكتروني، معالجة النصوص، جداول البيانات، منصات الاجتماعات عبر الإنترنت).
- عقلية تعاونية، وانفتاح على التعلم، واستعداد لدعم المبادرات التجارية القائمة والناشئة.
- الخبرة أو التعليم السابق في مجال الأعمال أو الإدارة أو مجال ذي صلة يعتبر مفيداً ولكنه ليس إلزامياً.
