شركة Dr Sulaiman AlHabib Medical Centers (المراكز الطبية) تعلن عن وظيفة ممرض/ممرضة مسجّل (Registered Nurse) في السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال المرضى المُسندين حسب التوزيع اليومي وتطبيق عملية الرعاية التمريضية وفق السياسات المعتمدة.
- وضع خطة رعاية تمريضية فردية تعكس التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين.
- مراقبة حالة المريض والإبلاغ عن أي انحراف/نتائج غير طبيعية لقائد الفريق والطبيب المناوب في الوقت المحدد.
- تنفيذ أوامر الطبيب بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- تقديم تثقيف فردي للمريض/الأسرة حسب احتياجاتهم.
- توثيق نتائج تقييم المريض والاستجابات الجسدية للتدخل التمريضي وتطور الحالة.
- بدء إجراءات الطوارئ والإنعاش حسب الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على خصوصية وسرية المريض.
- الحفاظ على الكفاءة الإلزامية المطلوبة للوحدة وفق مصفوفة الكفاءة المعتمدة.
- إظهار المرونة لتلبية احتياجات العمل، بما في ذلك الاستدعاء والتكليف عند الحاجة.
- الالتزام بمعايير (JCIA/CBAHI) وسياسات المجموعة الطبية (HMG).
- تقديم الإشراف السريري والدعم للوردية المُسندة عند التكليف كمشرف وردية (قائد فريق) لضمان حصول المرضى على الرعاية المطلوبة، ويشمل ذلك: جولة في مناطق المرضى، إبلاغ مشرف التمريض بأي حوادث غير اعتيادية، حضور جولات الأطباء، المشاركة في عرض حالة المريض وتسليمها.
- حضور الأنشطة التعليمية/التدريبية الخاصة بالقسم.
- حضور اجتماعات القسم.
- أداء الإجراءات التمريضية كما هو مطلوب في الوحدة.
- المشاركة في مبادرات الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص التي تنفذها المجموعة.
- إثراء تجربة المريض بالرحمة والاحترام والكرامة.
- أداء المهام والواجبات الأخرى التي يُحددها الممرض المسؤول/رئيس الممرضين ضمن نطاق معرفته ومهاراته وقدراته.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها، أو دبلوم تمريض عام لمدة 3 سنوات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال المرضى الداخليين المعني.
- شهادات (BLS) أو ما يعادلها.
- ترخيص مهني سعودي ساري المفعول وترخيص من بلد المنشأ.

Job Purpose / Objective
Responsible to provide safe, effective Nursing care to medically ill pre post-operative patients using professional knowledge and skills as per HMG policies and procedures as well as ensuring that assigned patients are receiving the required multidisciplinary care on time.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Receive the assigned patients as per the daily assignments:
- Apply Nursing Care process to assigned patient as per the approved policy.
- Develop individualized Nursing Care plan reflecting collaboration with other team members.
- Monitor patient status, reporting any deviation / abnormal findings to team leader and doctor on duty within time frame.
- Carry out doctor’s order in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide individualized patient / family education as per their needs.
- Document patient assessment findings, physical responses to the Nursing intervention and status progress.
- Initiate emergency and resuscitative measures as needed.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Maintain the required mandatory unit specific competency as per the approved competency matrix.
- Demonstrate sense of flexibility to meet work needs, including pull out, floating as needed.
- Adhere to JCIA / CBAHI standards and HMG policies.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to the assigned shift whenever assigned as shift in charge (team leader) to ensure that patients are receiving the required care which includes but limited:
- Conduct round at patient’s area
- Report to nursing supervision any unusual incidents
- Attend doctor’s rounds
- Participate in the patient status presentation and endorsement.
- Attend the departmental education / training activities.
- Attends departmental meetings.
- Perform nursing procedure as required in the unit.
- Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
- Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
- Perform other applicable task and duties assigned by charge nurse /head Nurse within the realm of his / her knowledge, skills and abilities.
Education/ Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- 3 years General Nursing Diploma
- Minimum one-year experience in relevant inpatient area.
- BLS, or relevant certifications
- Valid Saudi Council & Licensed from Country of origin
