تعلن مراكز الدكتور سليمان الحبيب الطبية عن توفر وظيفة استشاري غدد صماء في السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
استشاري الغدد الصماء مسؤول بشكل كامل عن تقديم أعلى معايير الرعاية السريرية والممارسة والخبرة في تقييم وفحص وتشخيص وعلاج ومتابعة مرضى الغدد الصماء. كما يشارك بنشاط في أنشطة تحسين الجودة المستمرة بالقسم والمستشفى لتحقيق أهداف مجموعة الحبيب الطبية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العيادات المخصصة وفق الجدول المعتمد من المدير الطبي.
- إدخال المرضى تحت الرعاية عند الحاجة ضمن حدود الصلاحيات الممنوحة.
- إجراء التقييم الأولي والفحوصات وتحليل وتفسير النتائج السريرية والمخبرية والوصول إلى التشخيص والعلاج وإعادة التقييم والمتابعة حتى التشخيص النهائي.
- وصف الأدوية والعلاج و/أو الرعاية المناسبة لعلاج المرض أو الوقاية من مضاعفاته.
- شرح الإجراءات ومناقشة نتائج التشخيص أو العلاجات الموصوفة مع المرضى و/أو المرافقين المصرح لهم.
- مراقبة حالة المريض وتطوره وإعادة التقييم والعلاج وفقًا لذلك.
- تحويل المريض إلى استشاريين/أخصائيين آخرين عند الضرورة، والتشاور مع الأطباء الآخرين أو تقديم خدمات استشارية لهم عند الطلب.
- القيام بجولات يومية على المرضى المنومين تحت اسمه وأي مرضى مُحالين.
- توثيق وضمان اكتمال جميع السجلات الطبية للمرضى وفق سياسات المستشفى وتحديث تقدم حالة المريض بشكل مناسب.
- التحقق من صحة السجلات الطبية عند الإدخالات الأولية وملاحظات التقدم عن طريق تسجيل الدخول باسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور الخاصة به في سجلات المرضى الصحية.
- مراجعة والتحقق من إدخالات وملاحظات جميع الكوادر الطبية المبتدئة لمرضى تحت رعايته.
- إجراء الإجراءات التشخيصية و/أو العلاجية التي يحق للاستشاري القيام بها.
- الموافقة على ملخص الخروج المكتمل وخطة المتابعة والتقرير الطبي للمرضى.
- تولي مهام رئيس القسم عند الحاجة من قبل الإدارة.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع السياسات والإجراءات والقواعد واللوائح والبروتوكولات والمبادئ التوجيهية والمسارات السريرية المعتمدة التي توجه وتدعم تقديم الخدمات السريرية.
- توجيه والإشراف والتنسيق لأنشطة الأخصائيين والمقيمين والممرضين والمعالجين والمساعدين وغيرهم من الكوادر الطبية المشاركة في رعاية المرضى.
- تقديم المشورة والمساهمة في تطوير السياسات والإجراءات كجزء من برنامج تحسين الجودة المستمر بالقسم.
- المشاركة في لجان القسم/المستشفى حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان احترام القيم الإسلامية والآداب الطبية والالتزام بها بدقة.
- التواجد في المناوبات وفق سياسة المستشفى.
- حضور حالات الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (Code Blue) كلما أمكن، والمشاركة في جميع حالات الطوارئ الأخرى بالمستشفى.
- تقديم تقارير ومعلومات طبية عن المرضى عند طلب رئيس القسم أو مدير المستشفى/المدير الطبي.
- تحديد وإبلاغ الإدارة بحالات الطب الشرعي في الوقت المناسب وفق سياسة المستشفى.
- المشاركة في الأنشطة السريرية/الأكاديمية بالمستشفى.
- القيام بدور نشط في تثقيف المريض وعائلته حول نمط الحياة الصحي، والمساهمة في توعية المجتمع بشكل عام بقضايا الصحة.
- الالتزام بالحضور المنتظم وفي الوقت المحدد للواجبات الموكلة حسب الجدول.
- اتباع جميع سياسات وإجراءات المستشفى.
- الحصول على الموافقة المستنيرة لجميع المرضى وفق سياسة المستشفى قبل إجراء أي تشخيص أو عملية أو اختبار أو إجراء.
- المشاركة في وقيادة مبادرات الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص التي تقوم بها مجموعة الحبيب الطبية.
- تقديم التوجيه والتدريب السريري والإشراف للمتدربين في المرحلة الجامعية والدراسات العليا (المتدربين والمقيمين والزملاء) حسب التكليف.
- المشاركة في التعليم والتدريب والتطوير الذاتي والآخرين حسب الاقتضاء، وفي الأنشطة التعليمية والبرامج التدريبية بالقسم.
- إثراء تجربة المريض بالرحمة والاحترام والكرامة.
- أداء أي مهام وواجبات أخرى ذات صلة ضمن نطاق معرفته ومهاراته وقدراته.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خريج كلية طب معترف بها من المجلس الطبي في بلد المنشأ.
- إكمال برنامج التدريب الداخلي والإقامة المناسب.
- مؤهلات دراسات عليا في التخصص.
- خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث (3) سنوات في ممارسة التخصص بعد الحصول على الدرجة العليا في مستشفى رعاية ثالثية.
- يفضل الحصول على درجة أو تدريب منظم في التخصص الفرعي.
- عضوية وزمالة و/أو شهادة البورد في التخصص المعني.
- ترخيص مهني ساري من بلد المنشأ مقبول لدى الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية ووزارة الصحة.

Consultant Endocrinologist is fully responsible to provide highest standard of clinical care, practice and expertise in assessment, investigation, diagnosis, treatment & follow up of patients in endocrinology. Physician should actively involve in continuous quality improvement activities of department and hospital to achieve the goals of HMG.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Manage the assigned clinics as per the approved rota by the Medical Director.
- Admit the patients under care whenever indicated within the limits of the approved and assigned privileges.
- Responsible for the initial assessment, investigation, analysis & interpretation of the clinical findings and test results, arriving at diagnosis, treatment, and re-assessment and follow- up of the patients to reach a final diagnosis.
- Prescribe, administer medication, therapy, and/or other appropriate care to treat or prevent further complication of the disease.
- Responsible for explaining procedures and discussing diagnostic results or prescribed treatments with the patients and/or with the authorized attendants.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and progress and re-evaluate/ re-assessment and treat the patient accordingly.
- Refer the patient to other consultants/specialists when necessary, also consult, or provide consulting services to, other physicians whenever requested.
- Undertake daily rounds on Patients admitted under his/her name and any referred patients.
- Document and ensure completeness of all medical records of the patients as per the policies of the hospital and update on the progress of the patient appropriately.
- Authenticate the medical records at initial entries and progress notes by logging in with own username and password in Patient Health Records.
- Review and validate the entries and notes of all junior medical staff in case of patients under his care.
- Perform diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures for which the Consultant is privileged for.
- Approve the completed discharge summary, follow-up plan, medical report of the patients.
- Assume duties as the Head of the department as and when required by the management.
- Ensure the implementation of all approved policies, procedures, rules, regulations, protocols, guidelines and clinical pathways that guide and support the provision of clinical services.
- Direct, supervise and coordinate the activities of specialists, residents, nurses, therapists, assistants and other medical staff involved in patient care.
- Advise and contribute to the development of policies and procedures as part of the continuous quality improvement program of the department.
- Serve on Departmental / Hospital Committees as required.
- Ensure that Islamic Values and Medical Ethics are respected and strictly observed.
- Responsible to be On-Call as per hospital policy.
- Attend the Code Blue, whenever applicable, and should be involved in all other emergency codes of the hospital.
- Provide the Patient Medical reports and information as and when required by the Head of the department or Hospital Administrator/Medical Director of the Hospital.
- Identify and bring all Medico-Legal Cases to the notice of the management on time in accordance with the hospital policy.
- Participate in the provision of clinical / academic activities of the hospital.
- Play an active role in the education of the patient and his/ her family on a healthy lifestyle. Contributes to awareness and education of the community, in general, on issues related to health.

- Follow all hospital policies and procedures.
- Obtain informed consent for all patients in accordance with hospital policy for the undertaking of any diagnostic procedure, operation, test or procedure.
- Participate in, and lead person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
- Provide orientation, bedside training and supervision to undergraduate and postgraduate trainees (interns, residents and fellows) as assigned.
- Participate in self-and others’ education, training and development as applicable and department’s educational activities and training programs of the department.

- Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
Education/ Professional Qualification
- Graduate of Medical School, recognized by the Medical Council of the country of origin.
- Completion of appropriate internship and residency programs
- Post-graduate qualifications in the specialty.
- At least three (3) years of practice in his / her specialty after obtaining the higher degree in a Tertiary Care Hospital.
- Subspecialty degree or structured subspecialty training preferred.
- Membership, Fellowship and/or Board Certification in respective specialty.
- Relevant licensure from the country of origin, acceptable to Saudi Commission for Health Specialty and Ministry of Health.
