تعلن مراكز الدكتور سليمان الحبيب الطبية في السعودية عن توفر وظيفة (قابلة / Midwife) للانضمام إلى فريق التمريض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤول عن تقديم الرعاية التمريضية والتجهيز للمرضى في حالات التوليد والجراحة من خلال أداء المهام الروتينية والمفوضة وفقاً لسياسات ومعايير المجموعة الطبية وإدارة التمريض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان كتابة خطط الرعاية التمريضية وتحديثها، مع مراعاة الاحتياجات الفردية للمريضة.
- تقييم المريضة وتحديد الانحرافات عن الوضع الطبيعي أثناء عملية المخاض وفترة ما بعد الولادة.
- مساعدة الفريق في التعامل مع الحالات التي تهدد الحياة أثناء الولادة لتوفير الاستقرار الأولي لحين وصول الطبيب.
- تقييم ورعاية المولود الطبيعي فور الولادة.
- تقديم المساعدة في رعاية ما بعد الولادة بما في ذلك الرضاعة الطبيعية.
- تجهيز غرفة الولادة والإجراءات الأخرى.
- تنظيف المعدات وإعادة تعقيمها والمساعدة في تجهيز الحالة التالية، والعمل على الحفاظ على بيئة نظيفة وآمنة.
- المساعدة في فحص المريضة.
- معالجة أوامر الأطباء وفقاً للسياسة بما في ذلك استخدام نظام إدخال الأوامر.
- استخدام أنظمة الاتصال بكفاءة وفعالية (هاتف، حاسوب، نظام الأنابيب، البريد، إلخ).
- المساعدة في صيانة جميع المستلزمات والمعدات والتنظيف وإعادة التجهيز بعد الولادات.
- تقديم المساعدة في حالات الطوارئ وكذلك الحالات الاختيارية والمجدولة.
- نقل المريضات المستقرات لإجراء الفحوصات التشخيصية والتنقل بين قسم LDR والأقسام الأخرى.
- مساعدة ودعم المريضة أثناء عملية المخاض والولادة.
- التواصل بوضوح وفعالية مع الأقسام الأخرى في حجز الإجراءات وتتبع المعلومات والحصول على المستلزمات أو المعدات للموظفين والمرضى.
- تقديم التثقيف للمريضة وعائلتها.
- الحفاظ على سرية معلومات المريضة التي يتم رؤيتها أو سماعها.
- الامتثال للمعايير وأداء الواجبات اللازمة لدعم وتحقيق والحفاظ على الاعتماد الوطني والدولي.
- المشاركة في مبادرات الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص التي تنفذها المجموعة الطبية.
- إثراء تجربة المريضة بالتعاطف والاحترام والكرامة.
- أداء المهام والواجبات الأخرى التي تُسند في نطاق معرفته ومهاراته وقدراته.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في القبالة (Midwifery).
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في نفس التخصص.
- رخصة من بلد المنشأ أو تسجيل من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.
- شهادة BLS أو شهادات ذات صلة.

Job Purpose / Objective
Responsible for assisting with nursing care and preparation of obstetrical/surgical patients by performing routine and delegated duties according to the standards and policies of HMG and Nursing Department.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Ensure that nursing care plans are written and up to date. Always taking the patients individual needs into account.
- Assess the patient and determine deviations from normal during the process of labor and postpartum period.
- Assist the team in dealing with a life threatening situation during delivery to provide initial stabilization pending arrival of the physician.
- Assess and care for the normal newborn immediately after birth.
- Provide assistance with post-partum care including breastfeeding.
- Set up for deliveries and other procedures.
- Clean equipment, forwards same for re-sterilization and helps set up for next case. Coordinate with the maintenance of a clean, safe environment.
- Assist with a patient examination.
- Process physicians' orders as per policy including use of the order-entry system.
- Utilize the communication systems in an efficient and effective manner (telephone, computer, tube system, mail system, etc.)
- Assist in the maintenance of all supplies and equipment and clean-up / re-set up after deliveries.
- Provide assistance in emergency procedures as well as elective and scheduled cases.
- Transport stable of patients for diagnostic testing and for movement between LDR and other departments.
- Assist and support patient during labor and delivery process.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with other Departments in booking procedures, tracking information, and obtaining supplies or equipment for staff and patients.
- Responsible to provide patient and family education.
- Maintain the confidentiality of patient information that is seen or overheard.
- Comply with the standards and perform duties necessary to support, achieve and maintain national and international accreditation.
- Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
- Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
- Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
Education/ Professional Qualification
- Diploma in Midwifery
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in same specialty
- License from Country of origin or Saudi Council Registration
- BLS or relevant certifications
