المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال العملاء المحليين والدوليين بحفاوة وخلق جو ترحيبي فاخر.
- تقديم خدمة مخصصة عبر فهم احتياجات كل عميل وتفضيلاته وأسلوبه، وبناء علاقات دائمة تعزز الولاء من خلال سرد القصص حول تاريخ المجموعات.
- تتبع تفضيلات العملاء والمشتريات السابقة لتقديم توصيات مخصصة.
- عرض مجموعات Givenchy الجريئة بشغف، ومشاركة تاريخ العلامة وعناصر التصميم الفريدة، وتوجيه العملاء عبر المنتجات مع إبراز مميزات كل قطعة.
- المساعدة في إنشاء عروض جذابة تضمن بيئة متجر محفزة بصرياً.
- العمل بنشاط لتحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات، وتحديد فرص بيع إضافية بناءً على احتياجات العملاء.
- تجسيد صورة العلامة التجارية عبر الالتزام بمعايير اللباس والسلوك الخاصة بالفخامة، والمساهمة في الحفاظ على أجواء البوتيك الراقية.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث صيحات في صناعة الأزياء الفاخرة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في منصب مماثل ضمن قطاع التجزئة الفاخرة أو الأزياء أو بيئة تركز على العملاء.
- إتقان اللغة المحلية (العربية) واللغة الإنجليزية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات شخصية وتواصلية قوية مع قدرة عالية على التعاطف مع العملاء.
- شغف حقيقي بالأزياء وفهم عميق لهوية علامة Givenchy.

YOUR PROFILE -Previous Experience: 2/3 years experience on a similar position, within luxury/fashion retail or a demanding customer-centric environment . -Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to empathize with customers. -Language Proficiency: [local language/English language] language skills. - Passion: Genuine passion for fashion and a deep understanding of Givenchy’s brand identity. -Commitment to Givenchy’s brand identity. - Present Givenchy’s audacious collections with passion, sharing the brand’s history and unique design elements.

- Assist in creating captivating displays, ensuring a visually compelling in-store environment.
