نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مهندس التنفيذ مسؤولية نشر وتهيئة ودمج الحلول البرمجية لتلبية متطلبات العملاء. تتضمن هذه الوظيفة العمل بشكل وثيق مع العملاء ومديري المشاريع والفرق الفنية لضمان التنفيذ الناجح للمنتجات البرمجية، ومعالجة أي تحديات تقنية تنشأ أثناء العملية. يلعب المهندس دوراً رئيسياً في ضمان تسليم الحلول في الوقت المحدد وضمن النطاق المتفق عليه وتلبية توقعات العميل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والعملاء لفهم نطاق المشروع وأهدافه وجدوله الزمني.
- وضع خطط تنفيذية مفصلة تشمل الجداول الزمنية ومتطلبات الموارد وتقييم المخاطر.
- تجهيز وتهيئة البيئات البرمجية والعتادية اللازمة للتنفيذ.
- تثبيت وتهيئة الحلول البرمجية وفقاً لمواصفات العميل ومتطلبات المشروع.
- تخصيص إعدادات البرنامج ومعاييره لتتوافق مع العمليات التجارية للعميل واحتياجاته.
- دمج البرنامج مع الأنظمة وقواعد البيانات الحالية لضمان تدفق سلس للبيانات وقابلية التشغيل البيني.
- إجراء اختبار شامل للحل المنفذ للتأكد من استيفائه لمتطلبات الوظائف والأداء والأمان.
- تحديد وحل أي مشكلات تقنية أو أخطاء برمجية تظهر أثناء مرحلة الاختبار.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق ضمان الجودة للتأكد من أن الحل يعمل بكامل وظائفه وجاهز للنشر.
- تقديم التدريب للعملاء والمستخدمين النهائيين حول كيفية استخدام البرنامج المنفذ بفعالية.
- إعداد أدلة المستخدم والوثائق والمواد التدريبية لدعم إعداد العميل واستخدامه.
- تقديم الدعم الفني المستمر للعملاء أثناء وبعد عملية التنفيذ، والرد على أي استفسارات أو مشكلات.
- العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك المطورين وضمان الجودة ومديري المشاريع لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.

- الحفاظ على وثائق محدثة ودقيقة لعمليات التنفيذ والتكوينات والتغييرات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة: 5-7 سنوات في مجال تنفيذ البرامج أو إدارة المشاريع أو الدعم الفني في دور مشابه.
- التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- اللغة: إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- التراخيص / الشهادات: عضوية الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
