تعلن شركة JTI (Japan Tobacco International) عن وظيفة أخصائي التخطيط التجاري (Commercial Planning Specialist) في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، بعقد مؤقت لمدة 12 شهراً.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يدعم هذا المنصب السوق في بناء قاعدة بيانات تجارية موثوقة ومنظمة، وتحويل البيانات الداخلية والخارجية إلى رؤى أعمال قابلة للتنفيذ. يُحسّن الدور جودة البيانات واتساق التقارير واتخاذ القرارات القائمة على الأدلة عبر المبيعات والتوزيع والتفعيل التجاري وأنشطة الوصول إلى السوق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- رسم خريطة لمصادر البيانات المتاحة في السوق ودعم إنشاء قاعدة بيانات تجارية منظمة وموثقة وقابلة للتوسع
- جمع ودمج البيانات من الأنظمة الداخلية والموزعين وفرق الميدان والمصادر الخارجية المعتمدة
- تنظيف مجموعات البيانات وتوحيدها والتحقق من صحتها، وتحديد الفجوات والتكرارات وعدم الاتساق، والتنسيق مع مالكي البيانات لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية
- صيانة قواميس البيانات وتعريفات المصادر واصطلاحات التسمية وجداول التحديث وضوابط الجودة الأساسية
- بناء وأتمتة وصيانة تقارير ولوحات بيانات سهلة الاستخدام لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمبيعات والتوزيع وتغطية المنافذ والوصول إلى السوق (RTM) والتنفيذ الميداني
- تطبيق الإحصاء الوصفي والتقسيم وتحليل الاتجاهات لتحديد أنماط الأداء وفجوات السوق والمخاطر والفرص
- دعم عمليات المحاكاة ودراسات الأعمال المتعلقة بتغطية المنافذ وتخصيص الموارد والعروض الترويجية والحوافز والمبادرات التجارية
- دعم تقييم الأنشطة التجارية والاستهلاكية، بما في ذلك العائد على الاستثمار (ROI) عند توفر البيانات، وتقديم رؤى عملية لأقسام المبيعات والتسويق التجاري والتسويق والمالية
- الشراكة مع فرق الأعمال ومالكي البيانات لتحسين توفر البيانات والعمليات والقدرات التحليلية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الإحصاء أو الرياضيات أو علوم البيانات أو هندسة البيانات أو علوم الحاسب أو الاقتصاد أو تحليلات الأعمال أو أحد المجالات الكمية ذات الصلة، ويفضل درجة الماجستير في أحد هذه التخصصات
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في تحليل البيانات أو هندسة البيانات أو ذكاء الأعمال أو أبحاث السوق أو التحليلات التجارية، مع إمكانية النظر في خبرة التدريب أو البرامج التخرجية للملفات المبتدئة القوية
- يفضل خبرة في السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG) أو التجزئة أو أبحاث السوق أو التوزيع أو أي بيئة تجارية غنية بالبيانات
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة، ويفضل معرفة اللغة العربية
- أساسيات قوية في تنظيف البيانات والتحقق من صحتها وتوحيدها وهيكلة قواعد البيانات ومراقبة جودة البيانات
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة عملية بلغة الاستعلامات الهيكلية (SQL) وبرنامج Microsoft Excel المتقدم، ويفضل الإلمام بلغة Python أو R لإعداد البيانات والتحليل الإحصائي
- خبرة في استخدام أداة ذكاء الأعمال والتصور مثل Microsoft Power BI أو Tableau، بما في ذلك تصميم لوحات البيانات وأتمتة التقارير الدورية
- فهم نماذج البيانات العلائقية ومفاهيم ETL أو ELT وقواميس البيانات ومبادئ حوكمة البيانات الأساسية
- القدرة على تطبيق الإحصاء الوصفي والتقسيم وتحليل الاتجاهات وحل المشكلات القائم على الفرضيات على الأسئلة التجارية
- مهارات قوية في التنظيم وتحديد الأولويات وتنسيق المشاريع مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والسرية

Position
As the Commercial Planning Specialist, you will
- Map available market data sources and support the creation of a structured, documented and scalable commercial database
- Collect and consolidate data from internal systems, distributors, field teams and approved external sources
- Clean, reconcile and validate datasets, identify gaps, duplicates and inconsistencies, and coordinate corrective actions with data owners
- Maintain data dictionaries, source definitions, naming conventions, refresh calendars and basic quality controls
- Build, automate and maintain user-friendly reports and dashboards for sales, distribution, outlet coverage, route-to-market (RTM) and field execution key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Apply descriptive statistics, segmentation and trend analysis to identify performance patterns, market gaps, risks and opportunities
- Support simulations and business cases related to outlet coverage, resource allocation, promotions, incentives and commercial initiatives
- Support the evaluation of trade and consumer activities, including return on investment (ROI) where data is available, and provide practical insights to Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing and Finance stakeholders
- Partner with business teams and data owners to improve data availability, processes and analytical capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics or a related quantitative field; a relevant master's degree is an advantage
- One to three years of relevant experience in data analysis, data engineering, business intelligence, market research or commercial analytics; internship or graduate-program experience may be considered for strong junior profiles
- Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, market research, distribution or another data-rich commercial environment is an advantage
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong foundations in data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, database structuring and data-quality control
- Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and advanced Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Python or R for data preparation and statistical analysis is highly desirable
- Experience with a business intelligence and visualization tool such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau, including dashboard design and recurring report automation
- Understanding of relational data models, Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) or Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) concepts, data dictionaries and basic data-governance principles
- Ability to apply descriptive statistics, segmentation, trend analysis and hypothesis-based problem solving to commercial questions
- Strong organization, prioritization and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality
