سيتولى المدرّس مسؤولية تقديم تعليم فيزياء عالي الجودة للطلاب الذين يدرسون وفق مناهج O Level و A Level، وذلك ضمن بيئة تعليمية داعمة وشاملة تشجع على الفضول والتفوق الأكاديمي. يعمل المدرّس ضمن فريق يكرس جهوده لتحقيق الأثر الاجتماعي الإيجابي ودعم نجاح المتعلمين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتقديم دروس تفاعلية وجذابة وفق مناهج O Level و A Level في الفيزياء.
- شرح المفاهيم الفيزيائية المعقدة بطريقة واضحة وميسرة.
- دعم الطلاب في حل المشكلات والتحضير للامتحانات.
- تقييم تقدم الطلاب من خلال الواجبات والاختبارات القصيرة والامتحانات التجريبية.
- تقديم تغذية راجعة بناءة وتكييف استراتيجيات التدريس وفق احتياجات كل طالب.
- تنظيم خطط الدروس والحفاظ عليها بشكل منظم.
- التعاون مع المنسقين أو المدرسين الآخرين حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان بيئة تعليمية داعمة وشاملة تشجع على الفضول والتحصيل الأكاديمي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة بكالوريوس ذات صلة في الفيزياء أو الهندسة أو تخصص قريب.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة تدريس أو خبرة رسمية في تدريس مناهج O Level و A Level.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع متعلمين متنوعين وإدارة الوقت بفاعلية.
- الالتزام بالسلوك المهني المتوافق مع رسالة المنظمة الاجتماعية.
المهارات المطلوبة
