We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy Video Content Creator who can turn simple ideas into engaging, shareable, and high-performing videos.

• Develop original and creative video concepts aligned with FLOWERY's brand identity.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat.
• Create engaging storytelling content that connects emotionally with audiences.
• Capture products, gifting experiences, behind-the-scenes moments, and authentic customer reactions.
• Identify emerging social media trends and creatively adapt them to our brand.
• Produce UGC-style content and performance-driven video ads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and creative strategies.
• Analyze content performance and continuously improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

• Proven experience creating engaging short-form video content.
• Strong filming, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media trends.
• Ability to create compelling hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.
• Strong creative direction, lighting, composition, and video production skills.
• Ability to develop scripts and turn ideas into impactful videos.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and content quality.

We care more about creativity, storytelling, execution, and results than academic qualifications.

We're not looking for someone who simply edits videos. We're looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, share, and take action.
