تعلن شركة Al Zamil Metal Works Factory، المورّد المعتمد لأرامكو السعودية والشركة السعودية للكهرباء والمتخصصة في أوعية الضغط والخزانات والهياكل الفولاذية، عن حاجتها إلى مشرف سقالات (معتمد من أرامكو) للعمل في موقع المشروع بمنطقة مكة / جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التخطيط والإشراف على جميع أنشطة السقالات وضمان الامتثال لمعايير أرامكو والإجراءات الداخلية ولوائح السلامة.
- الإشراف على تركيب السقالات وتعديلها وتفكيكها، وإجراء التفتيش الموقعي للتأكد من سلامتها وملاءمتها واعتمادها قبل الاستخدام.
- توجيه وتدريب فرق السقالات، وتنظيم جداول العمل، وتوزيع الموارد.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لمواد السقالات والتصاريح وعمليات التفتيش.
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع والسلامة والإنشاءات لدعم تنفيذ الأعمال على الارتفاعات ومعالجة أي مخاطر أو مخالفات متعلقة بالسقالات فوراً.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات إشرافية قوية، بما في ذلك قيادة الفريق والتخطيط وتنسيق أعمال السقالات.
- خبرة عملية في عمليات السقالات (تركيب، تعديل، تفكيك) في البيئات الصناعية.
- إتقان ممارسات العمل على الارتفاع مع معرفة متينة بأنظمة الحماية من السقوط وطرق الدخول والخروج الآمنة.
- خبرة في معايير السقالات المعتمدة من أرامكو ومواقع الإنشاءات الصناعية ومشاريع النفط والغاز أو الصناعات الثقيلة.
- شهادة أو دبلوم تقني ذو صلة في المجالات الإنشائية أو المدنية أو الميكانيكية، ويفضل الحصول على شهادة مشرف سقالات معترف بها.
- فهم جيد لأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وتقييم المخاطر ونظام تصاريح العمل الخاصة بأنشطة السقالات.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير رسومات السقالات وحسابات الأحمال وخطط الموقع، ومهارات أساسية في استخدام الحاسوب والتوثيق.
- مهارات تواصل فعّالة باللغة الإنجليزية، وتُعتبر معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in KSA for a Scaffolding Supervisor (Aramco Approved) at AL ZAMIL METAL WORKS FACTORY. The Scaffolding Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all scaffolding activities, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards, internal procedures, and safety regulations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling, conducting site inspections, and verifying that all scaffolding is safe, fit for purpose, and certified before use. The role involves guiding and mentoring scaffold teams, organizing work schedules, allocating resources, and maintaining accurate records of scaffolding materials, permits, and inspections. The supervisor collaborates with project, safety, and construction teams to support execution of work at height and to promptly address any scaffolding-related risks or non-conformities.

Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, planning, and coordination of scaffolding crews.
- Hands-on expertise in Scaffolding operations, including erection, modification, and Dismantling in industrial environments.
- Proficiency in Working at Height practices, with solid knowledge of Fall Protection systems and safe access/egress methods.
- Experience with Aramco-approved scaffolding standards, industrial construction sites, and heavy industry or oil and gas projects.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in construction, civil, or mechanical fields; recognized scaffolding supervisor certification is preferred.
- Good understanding of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and permit-to-work systems for scaffolding-related activities.
- Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings, load calculations, and site plans; basic computer and documentation skills.
- Effective communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
