The ideal candidate will manage RFQs, prepare technical and commercial quotations, and source industrial equipment and spare parts from local and international suppliers. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage sales opportunities from enquiry to order.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, technical specifications, drawings, and part numbers
• Identify suitable manufacturers and suppliers and obtain competitive quotations
• Evaluate supplier offers for technical compliance, pricing, and delivery
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations within customer deadlines
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up on quotations to secure orders
• Manage the sales pipeline and prepare regular RFQ and sales reports
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to progress orders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in industrial sales, RFQ management, and sourcing
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and evaluate supplier offers
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with SAP and procurement portals is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
