شركة الدرع للتطوير العقاري (AlDarah)، التابعة لمجموعة الجميح القابضة، تعلن عن حاجتها لتعيين مهندس بنية تحتية (Infrastructure Engineer) للعمل في الدمام (المنطقة الشرقية) بدوام كامل.

تأسست AlDarah للتطوير العقاري في 2017 كجزء من مجموعة الجميح القابضة، التي تمتلك إرثاً يمتد لأكثر من 90 عاماً من الإنجازات. تدير الشركة وتطور المحفظة العقارية لمجموعة الجميح، بهدف إحداث نقلة نوعية في قطاع التطوير العقاري في السعودية، وذلك بالجمع بين الإمكانات المتقدمة والكفاءات العالية لتقديم خدمات عقارية متنوعة وعالية الجودة. يستخدم مهندس البنية التحتية التقنيات الحديثة في الأنظمة والخدمات لتلبية احتياجات العملاء والمستثمرين. يقوم المهندس بصيانة وتحسين البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات لدعم العمليات العقارية، ويتضمن ذلك تصميم وتنفيذ ومراقبة الخوادم والشبكات والأنظمة ذات الصلة لضمان التوفر العالي والأمان والأداء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتنفيذ ومراقبة الخوادم والشبكات والأنظمة ذات الصلة.
  • استكشاف أخطاء ومشاكل الأجهزة والبرامج وحلها.
  • إدارة أنشطة إدارة النظام مثل النسخ الاحتياطي والتحكم في وصول المستخدمين والتحديثات.
  • الإشراف على ضوابط وسياسات أمن الشبكة.
  • التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والموردين الخارجيين لتخطيط الترقيات وحل الحوادث وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الشركة.
  • توثيق تكوينات البنية التحتية والإجراءات وتقديم توصيات للتحسينات.
  • دعم المبادرات الرقمية المتماشية مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
  • خبرة في المحاكاة الافتراضية (virtualization) والخدمات السحابية وأنظمة التشغيل المؤسسية مثل Windows Server و Linux (ميزة إضافية).
  • الإلمام بأدوات المراقبة وحلول النسخ الاحتياطي وأفضل الممارسات في التوفر والموثوقية والأمان (ميزة إضافية).
  • الشهادات المهنية مثل CCNA أو Network+ أو Security+ أو MCSE تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في تصميم البنية التحتية وتنفيذها وصيانتها.
  • مهارات صلبة في إدارة الأنظمة (إدارة الخوادم والنسخ الاحتياطي والتحكم في وصول المستخدمين).
  • مهارات عملية في الشبكات (التكوين والمراقبة وتحسين الأداء).
  • مهارات عملية في أمن الشبكات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لتحديد وتحليل وحل المشكلات والثغرات.

Role Description The Infrastructure Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure to support real estate operations. The role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring servers, networks, and related systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing system administration activities such as backups, user access, and updates, and overseeing network security controls and policies. The Infrastructure Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to plan upgrades, resolve incidents, and ensure compliance with company standards. The role also includes documenting infrastructure configurations and procedures, recommending improvements, and supporting digital initiatives aligned with AlDarah’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Candidates should possess solid System Administration skills, including server management, backups, and user access control.
  • Candidates should possess hands-on Networking skills, covering configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Candidates should possess practical Network Security and Troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve issues and vulnerabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with virtualization, cloud services, and enterprise operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, backup solutions, and IT best practices in availability, reliability, and security is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Security+, or MCSE are considered an asset.
