🚀 We are Hiring: Freight Forwarding Operations Executive (Saudi Nationals Only)

Are you a proactive supply chain professional looking to drive seamless global trade? We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Freight Forwarding Operations Executive to join our growing team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia!📌 Note: This position is strictly open to Saudi Nationals only.

📌 Role Overview

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end freight forwarding processes (Air, Ocean, and Land transport). You will coordinate closely with carriers, customs brokers, and clients to ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective movement of cargo.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Operations: Manage complete import/export freight forwarding operational workflows (Air, Ocean, and Road Freight).
• Documentation & Customs: Issue and handle shipping documents including House & Master Bill of Lading (HBL/MBL), Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB), Commercial Invoices, and Delivery Orders (DO).
• Carrier & Vendor Management: Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs clearance agents to book cargo space and secure competitive quotes.
• Client Communication: Provide regular shipment status updates and proactively resolve any operational delays or issues.
• Compliance & Billing: Ensure full adherence to Saudi customs regulations and company policies, prepare job files, and process client billing/vendor invoices accurately.

🎯 Key Requirements

• Nationality: Saudi National (Mandatory).
• Experience:Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply! Prior experience (1-3 years) or internship background in freight forwarding/logistics is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Problem-Solving: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
