في شركة القدية للاستثمار، يلعب مدير الإشراف على الاستراتيجية دوراً محورياً في تشكيل وتوجيه التوجه الاستراتيجي لمشاريعنا الطموحة. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة عقلية استراتيجية قوية، والقدرة على التنقل في بيئات معقدة، وشغفاً بالابتكار.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي عبر المؤسسة، والعمل بشكل وثيق مع القيادة العليا لتحديد وصياغة رؤية الشركة وأهدافها.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع الاستراتيجية، وضمان تحقيق المعالم واستخدام الموارد بفعالية.
- تحليل اتجاهات السوق والمشهد التنافسي لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية وتحديد فرص النمو الجديدة.
- وضع مقاييس الأداء لتقييم نجاح المبادرات الاستراتيجية وتقديم تقارير التقدم لأصحاب المصلحة.
- تسهيل التعاون عبر الوظائف لدفع تنفيذ المبادرات الاستراتيجية وتعزيز ثقافة الابتكار.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy development or oversight, preferably in large-scale projects
